Lost at Sea was amazing. Photos didn't do it justice. As you turn into the property, it's a little slice of paradise all to yourselves. We stayed North of San Pedro the first half of our trip, it is much busier and sargassum was an issue at times. No issues at the house. It is about 20-30 to get into town, but there is 1 restaurant 5 min away and two others about 20 min. Marin's mini mart had all the basics and they are open like 6am - 8pm. We stopped in almost daily. Hosts Eva and Julio were fantastic as well - recommended a massage therapist that comes to the house (highly recommend), she gave us the lay of the land. And Julio saved us when our golf cart wouldn't start on our last day! He was working nearby and came by to help us. All around fantastic house and people! You can fish right off the dock. We didn't have much luck - fishing was better at the Bay area near Playa de Sala. Snorkel tour picks you right up from your own dock. 100% stay here again.

Thank you Lindsey! We really appreciate your kind words. We hope to see you again in the future.

We had a great home experience! The place is very well cared for and comfortable. The house is a bit further from the center, but this ends up being a major advantage for those seeking tranquility. The setting is very quiet, with plenty of privacy, ideal for relaxing and resting. The view is beautiful, and the pier is a real highlight, perfect for enjoying the ocean and soaking up the atmosphere with even more exclusivity. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to help. We recommend it for anyone looking for a more secluded place, with an amazing view and an enjoyable experience on the island!

Lost at Sea was absolutely amazing! This was the 4th time we have stayed in San Pedro. 3x on the North side and this was the first time on the South Side. Location was amazing! We loved how private this spot was! The house itself was very large. We took our entire family of 6. You cant beat having 4 bathrooms and lets not even get started on the view! The ocean view was breath taking! The house was clean, it had all the amenities needs and for someone like me we even got to watch March Madness while staring at the ocean! We rented golf carts and ventured into town multiple times during the day with no issues. We left at night often and zero issues. I don't believe you can beat this place in San Pedro! It is an absolute treasure!!!

Kyle, thank you so much for your kind words. We are so glad your family enjoyed our home and you are welcome back any time!

Our stay at Lost at Sea was unforgettable for all the right reasons! The house and grounds are even more breathtaking and perfect in person than in the pictures. If you're looking for a peaceful, private tropical paradise, Lost at Sea is the place for you! Our group of five took full advantage of the pier for fishing and enjoying sunsets and sunrises, poolside drinks and fun, and the well-stocked kitchen for most of our breakfasts before setting off for the day's adventures. Tina was a helpful and responsive host, as was the house manager Eva. Both provided excellent suggestions for local guides and restaurants, cart rentals, ferry/air transfers to the island, in addition to other incidental questions we had during our stay.

Thank you Heidi for your kind words. I am so glad your family enjoyed their time at our home. You or more than welcome anytime!

Great home about 4.5 miles south of San Pedro which is about a 25-30 minute golf cart ride on a somewhat bumpy dirt road. This can be a little inconvenient in accessing restaurants and shops in San Pedro, but as long as you’re OK with this, and you’re also OK with climbing a flight of stairs to the main floor and another flight to the two bedrooms, then the house is great. Nice pool and pool/sandy beach area, and private pier where you can arrange for pickup for a private boat/snorkel trip to catch lobster, fish (snapper), and conch concluding with a beach bbq/dinner. We used Carlos who was great and I highly recommend and we found via Eva, but I’d use anyone recommended by Eva or Tina. House conveniences included a washer, dryer, and microwave. Wireless/internet was a little slow. Recommend you ensure your cell service allows usage in Belize. I temporarily upgraded our AT&T plan for $5 per line per month. Cell coverage is excellent in Ambergris as well as mainland.

Thank you for the kind words John.

Words can’t express how much we loved our stay at Tina & Eva’s luxury home in San Pedro, Belize—we truly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we booked, the communication, hospitality, and reservation process were absolutely first-class. The home is luxury at its finest with top-quality bedding, a spacious kitchen with a beautiful island, three cozy bedrooms, and a comfortable pull-out sofa. There was plenty of seating for our family of six, and every detail in the home felt thoughtfully designed. Each morning began with Belizean coffee on the deck followed by a swim or fishing right off the private dock. We caught our bait fish every day before heading out on our fishing trips. The weather was perfect during our stay—sunny skies and clear water every day. Tina’s communication before the trip helped us prepare perfectly, and Eva took the experience over the top. She met us at the airport, helped with luggage, arranged our golf cart, gave us a full tour of the home, and even brought

Host Response

Thank you Michael!!! We are so happy that you’ve e returned a few times.

This was a wonderful place! The house was perfect! There were plenty of supplies, towels, fishing poles, sand toys, kayak. The mosquitos and no see ems were a little rough, but nothing a little bug spray didn’t fix! Tina and Eve were super helpful with getting us settled in and helping us out with getting in and off the island without difficulty. Highly recommend!

Tina’s house was beautiful. It’s on the south side of the island, very quiet and not much around but other homes. The property was serene and relaxing. The inside of the home was comfortable and cozy. They had everything you would need, sun hats, beach towels, water cooler, dishes, pots, and more. Eva, the property manager, went up and beyond to make our visit special. She was extremely helpful and had a lot of recommendations for us. We highly recommend reaching out to Captain Carlos (Eva can give you his information) for your excursions. We did a full day of snorkeling with him and he gave us a private, unforgettable experience! Another recommendation, DEFINITELY bring bug spray for the mosquitoes. Thanks again Tina and Eva.

Even more beautiful in person than we expected! The home was private, spacious, and perfect for our family of five. We spent much of our free time enjoying the private pool and fishing off the dock. A handful of excellent restaurants and bars are just a 10-minute ride away by golf cart. While the home is located on the quieter south side, it’s only about 20 minutes to town. We loved everything about our stay!

Thank you for your kind words David! We hope to see you again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The pool and dock were absolute highlights; we spent most of our time enjoying both. The house was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in so easy. Also, having Eva was a huge help! One thing to note: while the location is quiet and peaceful, most restaurants are about a 20-minute drive away. The closest option unfortunately doesn't allow children, so some planning is helpful if you're traveling as a family. Also, be sure to pack bug spray—the mosquitoes in this part of the island are no joke, especially in the evenings. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back!

Host Response

Thank you for your kind words! Mosquitos are definitely an issue especially this time of year.
