Nice place

We’ve been to Nicaragua three times before, and Casa Isabela in Matagalpa has by far been the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It’s a full house with everything you could possibly need and more. The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the whole place is spotless, and everything feels new and up-to-date—impressive even by Canadian standards. The house is extremely well appointed: a full kitchen stocked with supplies so we could cook our own meals, laundry facilities, and plenty of modern touches like TVs with Netflix and YouTube. Everything worked perfectly and made our stay feel effortless. We also had the privilege of meeting the host in person during our stay. He was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, sharing great recommendations for local restaurants and interesting places to visit. That personal touch really made the experience even better. We were very impressed with how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up Casa Isabela is. It really felt like home.

Very organized and comfortable

My experience in the apartment was excellent. The place has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything was clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. Check-in instructions were clear and precise, which made check-in much easier. In addition, Joel was a very attentive host, always making sure that everything was fine and willing to help. He gave us very good recommendations to get to know the tourist places in the area, which made our visit even more special. I would definitely stay here again.
