This is our second time staying at La Brisa. It's a great place to go as a family; if you have children, it's perfect. All areas of the house have air conditioning, and there's a large area for family gatherings both inside and outside the house. The pool is super suitable for families with small children. I definitely recommend this place. In addition, the host (Mr. Óscar) was very proactive and attentive to meeting our needs.

We stayed for one night and overall had a good experience. The amenities were nice, and being right on the beachfront was definitely a big plus. The pool area was great, especially with the shaded areas to relax comfortably. The only issue we experienced was with the security guard booth, which could use some improvement. Other than that, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. We definitely come back. Totally recommend it.

It is the most beautiful beach house 😍 everything is very well organized and decorated, Mrs. Alicia keeps the place impeccable! It's on the beach and that makes it more beautiful. Oscar responds very quickly to all questions and is very helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay

Perfect location and amazing view! This is one of the best places we stayed at it has a lot to offer. Oscar is a great host and Alicia the lady taking care of the house is very attentive and nice. I definitely recommend this place! We hope to come back soon.

Nice, clean place, Alicia the housekeeper is very good, the bad thing is that in the kitchen there are no proper knives to cut meat or chicken. One of the rooms smelled of paint and my husband and I are allergic, and my husband sat in a plastic chair and I know he was toasted by the sun. Improving all these things would be EXCELLENT

This house was hit and miss for us and I think better write ups could have helped us make a better decision. The location is lovely, the house is right on the beach and is a great place if you are staying with a big group and don't plan on leaving the property and will cook your own meals. The property is large, has a pool and kiddie pool, it's right on the beach and has a great hammock set up near the beach. For us it was the little things that made it less desirable. The sliding doors to the outdoor space were broken, ants in the kitchen, garbage and broken glass on the beach, no place to get dinner or drinks, tiles falling off the pool, master bathroom very outdated. Like most places I find in ESA it needs major updating and not up to the general standards in Europe or N. America, but the potential is so great! The hosts and caretakers were very nice and responsive and easy to work with, so it's not with pleasure that I write these comments about the negatives, but it is true.

A very comfortable beach house, with A/C throughout the house, a well-equipped kitchen, a clean pool and the best beach.
