SAI Property Management

Sai Property Management are truly amazing hosts. Our stay was at a resort. We requested an ocean view and were not given one. I contacted them and they were on it immediately. They were lied to by the resort and were horrified at the treatment we received. Calvin and Kacy fought with the resort on our behalf and we were extremely appreciative of their efforts. But the story doesn’t end there. We decided to leave it alone and enjoy our vacation. Well wouldn’t it happen that a major snowstorm hit the weekend we were scheduled to leave. Our flight was cancelled. The thought of dealing with the resort made my skin crawl so I contacted Calvin and Kacy to ask if there’s anything they could do to help us. Boy did they help us! They made sure we didn’t have to pack up and change rooms (with this hotel we wouldn’t put anything past them) and at no charge for the extra night! I was nervous to book through Airbnb but let me say with hosts like this, I would do it again in a heartbeat! Amazing
