Perfect house for a large group, with separate rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen had everything except a dishwasher, and there were many common areas with different settings. Sometimes you hear the motorcycle traffic too much due to the proximity of the road, but the house is perfect for a few days. The pool is excellent!

It's definitely one of our favorite accommodations. The calm you feel in the accommodation is amazing. We woke up early to admire the macaws flying around. The attention Camilo gave us was incredible! Would definitely go back again!

Words cannot express how AMAZING this house is. It was spacious enough for 7 of us ranging from 23 to 72. We relaxed, saw so much wildlife from the house, enjoyed the pool, and the amenities. Amazing property at an unbelievable location. The modern building was impeccably constructed. It’s even more stunning than the pictures. The best part was all the wild life directly accessible outside the windows - monkeys, toucans, macaws, butterflies, hummingbirds, etc. Not to mention all the beatify flowers and plants. It’s like having a national geography show outside your window.

We had an exceptional three-night stay at this beautiful, luxurious home. The house is modern, stylish, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with great attention to every detail. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was fantastic, and the five private suites, each with a comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom, made the house perfect for our group. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding level of service. The host provided us with a dedicated concierge who was available to assist with anything we needed, including arranging activities, spa and massage services, transportation, and other requests throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. This property has truly set a new standard for what we will expect from vacation rentals in the future. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, privacy, and exceptional service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The accommodation is wonderful. A 10!! The house is beautiful, impeccable, with all the amenities. The location is excellent, in a prime setting. We were able to see monkeys, different kinds of birds, lizards... They were always attentive to our requests or questions. They recommended places to visit, where to eat... If we ever come back, I would definitely choose this place again. 100% recommended. TOP

The house is one of the most spectacular I've ever seen. It's even more beautiful in real life than in the photographs. The space is very large and private. The finishes are beautiful, and the pool is lovely. It looks like the house is new or recently remodeled. Excellent beds and amazing bathrooms.

Beautiful view, everything as described. The street noise was mentioned in another review, and I agree. However, it seems you will probably have that with any of the properties that have such a convenient location to the grocery and restaurants. Highlight of the property was our concierge, Camillo. He really made everything effortless and allowed us to maximize our time.

Better than the pictures! Where do I start? My family spent 4 nights at Casa Mariposa and it was a dream. Howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, parrots, toucans, all within view from every room of the house! We were actually treated to a parade of adorable squirrel monkeys across our patio/deck. The house was immaculate and the concierge, Luis, ensured everything went smoothly. We booked a waterfall/jungle buggy tour, white water rafting, surf lessons and zip lining. All the excursions were fantastic! Professional and friendly staff and the experiences were unforgettable. Don’t miss the surf lessons at Playa Espadilla. Sooo beautiful! Trees full of monkeys and sloths along the beach. I could go on and on. My girls joked it was a Barbie Dream House in the jungle. We will definitely come back and we are sending all our friends to Casa Mariposa. Recommend 100%, well worth the price for a priceless experience.

My family of four were more than happy with the accomodations. Location was great, house was clean, updated and nicely furnished. While you are in the city, you feel like you're in the jungle with lush surroundings. Minus the occasional loud vehicle from the road below, you get a quite and private environment. We didn't see as many animals as expected, but did see monkeys high in the trees the first and last night of our visit. You are only 10 minutes from the park and beach which made the location ideal for us to hit the town then come back and relax in the pool. Yosué was very responsive from check in to check out so you don't feel left to yourself. Overall a great experience.

Wow, what a beautiful property. It was larger than I even realized from the photos and would be perfect for two families to share. We felt like we were living the high life!! Great communication, and a pleasure to stay for a couple of days.

A spectacular stay from start to finish! The house far exceeded our expectations: it is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy it to the fullest. The pool was one of our favorite spots, especially because of the jacuzzi. But, without a doubt, the most incredible thing was being surrounded by nature. Throughout our stay, we were fortunate to live very closely with monkeys and a beautiful macaw, which practically became our "roomies." It was a unique and unforgettable experience. Also, communication with the host was excellent at all times: always attentive, friendly, and willing to help. We would definitely come back a thousand times. We recommend this accommodation 100% for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and an authentic experience in contact with nature. This was the perfect place for a retreat with family. Location at top of the mountain made for spectacular sunset views. The pool and outdoor spaces were definitely the highlight. The host was super helpful in recommending things to do nearby and even helped us set up an evening to hire a chef to cook in the home.

We saw so many animals in the back yard and around the property! We got to watch monkeys, sloths and birds while sitting in the pool! The home is very nice inside. We loved our stay!

This villa is ELITE! Our stay was absolutely incredible. This home exceeded every expectation. The views are truly spectacular, waking up to that scenery every morning felt like a dream. It is paradise. The house itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Every detail was taken care of, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Luis, our concierge, who went above and beyond before and throughout our stay. He was incredibly responsive, proactive, and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly. Whether it was coordinating reservations, answering questions, or making recommendations. We also can't say enough about Jay, the private chef they recommended. He prepared multiple meals for our group, and everything was exceptional. The combination of the stunning location, breathtaking views, beautiful home, outstanding hospitality, and unforgettable dining made this one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had.

Everything was wonderful! We had a peaceful stay and the house is fabulous, with abundant nature all around. We felt very well cared for and Luis was more than helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place and not to be out all day. There's also a nice pool. You have to go by car to get to the beach, but everything is fine! There are stores and restaurants nearby. 1000 points! I would definitely come back and for more days ✨

If I could give this property more than five stars, I absolutely would. The home is spectacular, nestled inside a private, perfectly located community where you always feel safe and relaxed. The house itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with every amenity you could want. The pool and hot tub were the perfect places to unwind and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the wildlife. We visited Manuel Antonio National Park expecting to see incredible animals, but amazingly, we saw just as much right from the house. During our stay we watched a huge brown sloth, white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys, macaws flying daily, toucans perched outside the windows, iguanas, and so much more. The service was equally outstanding. Mefi, the concierge, responded within seconds every time we had a question and made everything effortless. Julie the housekeeper was great. Not enough room for all my comments. ☺️

An amazing home. Beautifully landscaped, clean, incredible views with frequent visits from various wildlife. A bit secluded, so not necessarily in walking range to food and shops, but our family was aware of that before we rented. Trade-off is for the quiet atmosphere with the spanning views from elevation. Camilo was responsive and very helpful with transportation arrangements. Perhaps the most personable, friendliest gentleman we met was one of the landscapers on site who without any prompting whatsoever showed my family around for a little bit and introduced us to various local plants and trees. Overall would highly recommend.

This property makes you feel you are a VIP. Everything is highest luxury, the Kitchen and Equipment is outstanding. The infinity Pool facing Into the Beautiful Garden ( with banana, Papaya and Beautiful flowers) is awesome. Walking distance to Restaurant. We saw tucans and anguti in the backyard. It is not a 10 from 10 ; it really is an 11. Totally recommendable. I would always book it again.

Outstanding stay!!!! The property is spectacular. We had monkeys and sloths greet us everyday. Mefi assisted with planning and replied instantaneously with every request. The chef was priceless and I highly recommend !!! We had someone fall ill during our stay- I have no idea how we would have navigated the situation without Mefi!!! We will be returning.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Everything looks nice and new. Very good beds, a very well-equipped kitchen, and from the dining room, a view of the beautiful tropical backyard, which also has a very nice swimming pool. We saw many animals, including different types of monkeys, an agouti, and we had a good view of a sloth. Within walking distance are nice restaurants and small supermarkets. Cleaning is done daily by a friendly housekeeper. This house is really recommended!

Fantastic and special place. This is a beautiful home in a gated community. It felt very safe and it is a short drive away from most things in the area. The gardens by the pool are beautiful - butterflies and hummingbirds in the morning and evening. Nature decides when the bigger animals show up… the scarlet macaws were beautiful and the monkeys put on a show.

Impressive and phenomenal in every way. The spectacular view, the reserve and its animals fascinated us, the security of the condominium gave us a lot of peace of mind, and the house was completely comfortable and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the gorgeous yard, where we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings and even spot butterflies and monkeys right from the apartment windows. The pool was incredibly peaceful, nestled in the middle of lush nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

The place was very tasteful, very clean and very comfortable. The infinity pool and garden are gorgeous! Cleaning service daily. Very well-stocked kitchen. Super responsive and helpful hosts and cleaning staff. It was perfect for us!

We had a fantastic time at this house. The view was gorgeous and the whole house was immaculate. It had everything you need to feel at home. We used a chef Luis for two days and he was excellent. The housekeeper came both full days we were there and kept everything clean and even did our laundry. Luis the manager was very responaive while we were at the house. one of the bathrooms wasn't getting hot water and he sent someone right away to look at it. Would 100% stay again.

Felt very safe there and like all our expectations were met. Very clean modern house. We saw big group of probably 50 monkeys in the trees on 2 different days and a coupe of Macaws high up in the trees and lots of big iguana that ate the fallen mangoes.

Pablo’s place was perfect for our family of three. It was clean and perfectly located. It’s a short drive to Manual Antonio, the beach, and restaurants. There is also a small grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and comfortable, and our daughter loved the pool. Best of all, it is quiet, located off the main road, and surrounded by wildlife. You will hear and, if you look up long enough, see howler monkeys in the morning and evening, as well as a variety of birds and other animals. Pablo’s concierge, Yosué, made check in and check out a breeze. He was also super helpful with providing local recommendations and offering to book tours for us. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Casa Plantita and the stay was amazing Pablo was very responsive and the villa was absolutely beautiful. Pablo connected me to Yosue the house manger who was phenomenal from the beginning of our stay to the end. He helped coordinate all of our transportation and excursions. My family had an amazing time. The pool and the views from the house are beautiful. I would highly recommend!

We had a great experience staying at Casa Vista Verde! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Luis, the concierge was helpful booking excursions for us prior to our arrival and was very communicative and responds timely. Gaby the housekeeper was great also, the house was cleaned every two days and we had fresh towels. The location of the house is exactly what we were looking for, surrounded by nature and wildlife! We saw two Macaws that came almost daily to eat nuts from the tree on the side of the house. We finally got to see a troop of squirrel monkeys in the backyard the last day! Not sure if they come daily, but it was for about 20-30 min late afternoon. It was so fun to watch them play through the trees and on the pool deck! We even saw a sloth and tucan also! Besides the house Manuel Antonio is a beautiful area and we'll definitely be back again someday!

Yosué was the best host.. always immediately responding to requests for recommendations and met us exactly on time for check in. The house was everything we hoped and more. Squirrel monkeys dropping by every afternoon, peaceful, immaculately clean and private. Would LOVE to return to this paradise. Highly recommend! The driveway is very steep but fun 😜

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Our group consisted of 5 adults and an infant and our experience could not have been smoother. Mefi helped us daily with transportation (that was infant friendly!), adventure planning, and local recommendations which truly allowed us to be able to just relax and just enjoy ourselves. Service was truly top notch. One morning I reached out inquiring about a grill brush and pool net for us to use for some minor tidying and within the hour folks were there servicing the pool AND the grill -- very impressive! We had Cesar cook for us a few times which was also delectable - highly recommend! The wildlife sightings from this villa are incredible! We saw monkeys almost daily, beautiful toucans, & macaws galore. Would love to return & highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in luxury in the jungle!

We were so grateful to find this place last minute after our original host was not available for check-in. We were exhausted after traveling for 8 hours and when I reached out to Yosué, he immediately relieved our concerns and granted us entry. We only booked for one night, expecting to look for another place after getting some sleep, but the next morning, we wanted to stay for the remainder of our trip. Unfortunately, this listing was already booked, but if we're ever in the area again, we wouldn't question it. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfy! Lastly, there is a nature lover's paradise right outside in the backyard. I enjoyed listening to the monkeys banter back and forth early morning.

The house itself is lovely but the real standout is that pool surrounded by lush beautiful jungle. We were lucky enough to see monkeys playing through the trees. Lovely stay, excellent restaurants right down the road, 10 mins from MA, this is a great spot.

Great stay in the heart of Manuel Antonio town. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of three. The shared pool and surrounding gardens are beautiful. It’s centrally located (within the walking distance to stores and restaurants) yet peaceful. Everything was well maintained and clean. Strongly recommended!

Always a pleasure staying at casa Mariposa! This is one of our favorite neighborhoods while staying in Manuel Antonio! If you’re looking for some of the best views of wildlife this is a great spot, your backyard is the national park! Very family friendly or split family with having the apartment downstairs. Easy roads for getting around the neighborhood as well.

We had an exceptional stay that truly exceeded all expectations. Traveling as a group of 14 across four families from New York, we found the property to be incredibly well-suited for a large gathering—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and extremely comfortable throughout. The number of rooms and overall layout allowed everyone to enjoy both privacy and shared spaces with ease. A special highlight was the private chef, whose service was outstanding and added a truly memorable, elevated touch to our experience. The rooftop views were absolutely breathtaking. On our very first morning, we were fortunate to spot numerous monkeys, along with macaws and toucans—an unforgettable introduction to the surrounding nature (though unfortunately we didn’t capture photos!). The location is excellent, offering both convenience and a sense of retreat. What an amazing stay we had. You are surrounded by nature but at the same time, you are so close to all the stores and restaurants. Amazing location. We used the pool and patio all the time. The beds were great and there is a lot of space! Yosué was an incredible host, always responsive to solve any issue. We made many memories here.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at Casa Vista Verde. Luis was very helpful in setting up national park tour and massages and chef. The chef was very kind and made a delicious meal for us. We loved the warm scenic pool every afternoon and evening. The road to home was a bit tricky to navigate for our drivers but we managed. We loved our visit to Costa Rica.

Yosué who manages the property was very kind and helpful. He responded quickly and had our groceries ready for us after a long day of driving. The place was hidden but very pretty with the trees and flowers. The house was also fully stocked with amenities that most Airbnb’s don’t usually provide. I highly recommend this place!

I had a girls vacation with two of my young adult daughters and this was hands down our favorite place!! The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The garden was so pretty and butterflies were everywhere most of the time. Th pool was out sanctuary! We loved that we had it to ourselves most of the time. It was the perfect temp and it was so nice not dealing with nasty chlorine! When I come back, I am booking this house again.

The house is simply amazing. It may be the nicest air b and b we have ever stayed at. The pool and outdoor cooking space was extremely nice. The house has so many amenities and places to relax. We saw monkeys and macaws all around the house. It was very close to both Quespos and Manuel Antonio which has restaurants galore. The personal maid service and concierge take this place to another level. Mefi (the concierge) arranges everything for you. Tickets, rides, dinners. We even lost a phone and Mefi came to the rescue. Simply put Mefi was amazing. He seems to know everybody and can get you a dinner reservation anywhere. You will simply love this place. We can’t wait to go again.

This Airbnb was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The location, although challenging to find, was made easy with clear instructions from Camilo and the team. The house was immaculate, modern, matched the pictures exactly. There was some initial miscommunication about the rooms in the house but the response following this concern was managed in a timely and professional manner. The location was excellent, and the outdoor pool/amenities were magnificent. It was always clean (cleaners every other day!) and always comfortable. It was a perfect stay. This place was amazing. We were two familes that stayed at the house for 8 days. We could not ask for a better location. Very private and quiet throughout the day and night. Felt like we were staying in our own private jungle retreat. Each day we had numerous visitors including Howler Monkeys, Squirrel Monkeys, and White-Faced Capuchins! The housekeeping was top notch and the pool always cool and refreshing after a long day of touring around the region!

Pablo's place was perfect visiting Manuel Antonio. Property was new, extremely clean with very comfortable beds and linens. The pool and surrounding jungle landscaping was amazing. Great location just off the main road leading to all the great restaurants in the area. They arranging a tour for us that included a shuttle pick up in front of the property. Would highly recommend!

This Casita was amazing! The pool was incredible and we could easily get to and see most everything in Manuel Antonio and Quepos that we wanted to see. Super clean and tidy and the gourmet chef-style kitchen was outfitted with amazing, fine accessories and cookware. Staff including Pablo and Yosue were also very responsive and helpful to all our questions and requests.
