Was a nice day wish I would’ve had more time to enjoy the actual unit but overall was happy with the place and location is not far from center of town

Avoid at all costs... Cockroach 🪳 A host who is not clear in their instructions... One day before arrival, they bombard you with rules to the point of making you feel like an irresponsible person. Charged for a stained towel, ridiculous pool hours, no help with requests, doesn't really respond to any of your messages. Renovation workers on his site disrespected us. We found a cockroach in the bed. An unpleasant night experiencing my spouse's stress about this. No response from the host on this matter. The only response was to tell us to turn off the air conditioning when we left. Reasonable partial refund request in progress, declined by the host. In process with Airbnb for a full refund. Here too, it's not easy and it's disappointing. No help. Do yourself a favor, avoid it at all costs. We were deceived by the impeccable rating of this Airbnb... It turns out there are other places that are not perfect but frankly better. 0 out of 5 if I could do it!

Exactly as advertised, perfect location! Pretty much everything is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The pool was great

The facilities are beautiful. The room is equipped with everything you need. It is a very quiet place and is located near restaurants and supermarkets. Super recommended, I would go again!

Has a cute villa vibe, is about a 5-7 minute walk away from the bar/restaurant strip. All the appliances worked and the amenities were good quality. The window doors were a little difficult to open but overall everything was great, check in was easy with detailed instructions.

The place was very nice and cozy, but it could be better equipped and have better lighting. Easy to access since it is located in the center of Jaco.

It's a great place to stay. The only thing is that there's a small space between the large window and the wall where mosquitoes get through.

Nice place. It no longer has a green area with the pool beds that I wanted to see, but the place is centrally located and private, and the pool is nice. It's a 5-minute walk or less to the center.
