It was such a beautiful home with stunning view of volcano! Close to Fortuna! We loved our stay here. Small pool but perfect for a couple kids, and the adults to relax in!

Above and beyond our expectations. Waking up to a rainbow on our final morning was the perfect farewell to an amazing stay!

It totally exceeded expectations. Everything was beautiful and super clean.

We stayed here for 5 nights with our family of 4 and had a wonderful time. Brayan’s place had everything we needed and also was clean and comfortable. It is a little outside of town but a close drive to all of the local activities. We rented a car so walkability wasn’t a priority for us. The area felt very safe and even though there were other villas around, you felt like it was your own private escape. Would definitely recommend this place to any friends traveling to the area!

We had a wonderful two days at Brayan’s airbnb. The positives: - Beautiful convenient location ~10 mins from La Fortuna - Wonderful private pool - Spacious and functional kitchen - Comfortable beds - Washer/dryer were handy - Brayan was quick to respond via texts.

Our stay here in La Fortuna was beautiful!! Brayan was so helpful and very responsive to any questions and provided great local recommendations. The space was comfortable and peaceful. The grounds are beautifully kept- a true paradise. We were there during “construction” but didn’t hear and wasn’t bothered at all by the construction.

Pictures don’t do this place justice! If you are on the fence - just book it! This was the cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed in (I could’ve eaten off of the floors, lol). The property is meticulously maintained with beautiful foliage. You’re in a little row of villas but it feels extremely private because of all the trees and plants. The attention to detail was unmatched - we needed a pack n play for our 18 mo old baby and they delivered one with a blanket, pillow, and stuffed animal (so sweet!). Truly thought of everything. Close enough to town without being in the hustle and bustle. Host was extremely responsive and kind. I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

The place was absolutely amazing, beautiful and peaceful. You get the view and feel of Costa Rica just by staying here. I messaged Brayan with a concern with someone knocking and the whole time, it was a bird :) Brayan responded right away and reassured us that cameras were checked and security guard had made rounds to ensure safety. We traveled with two teenagers and were very comfortable, felt safe and enjoyed every day.

I stayed here with my girlfriends. We felt very safe. Gated community. Everything was clean. Including the pool. A little noisy when sitting outside, from the street traffic but still relaxing. Gorgeous views of the volcano. AC worked great. Had all the amenities for us to cook. Highly recommend.

Very nice home that is private. Would stay here again. Family with two small children, pool was awesome. AC worked perfect. 4 min to supermarket and good pizza place. 7 min to other good restaurants. 15 min to heart of la fortuna. Volcano view awesome. Kitchen well equipped.

Our stay at the villa was exactly what the pictures showed and was located In a very secluded private and safe area. Just a 15 minute drive away from downtown La Fortuna. We enjoyed our experience!

The villa is impeccable, modern, spacious and 100% equipped for guests' comfort. Enjoying our own private pool surrounded by nature was an amazing experience. The location is perfect for relaxing, but only 15 minutes by car from La Fortuna, restaurants, and hot springs. The host was extremely attentive, responding instantly. Recommended 100% and we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here! The bnb was pristine - we loved the privacy, the beautiful landscaping, the pool with a clear view of the volcano, and how close it was to La Fortuna. There were a handful of really great restaurants and a small grocery store less than 5 minutes away by car. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Brayan’s place! Kids loved the pool and the fact that it was so peaceful yet not secluded as other neighboring houses were occupied by guests. The view is breathtaking! I would come back in a heart beat!

Love love loveeeeee this villa!! Omg!! I can't even put into words how beautiful this place is and the views are amazing!! Clear instructions, easy check in, close to restraunts/stores, and plenty of things to do close by!!! The host is amazing, responsive, and extremely nice!! When I come back I will definitely be booking here again!! If you're looking at this review just go ahead and book it!!
