Idania

Idania’s Airbnb was a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what we needed. Idania was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient and the space felt welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed staying here. We loved the house and it was a perfect spot. We were a bunch of college kids, guys and girls and it accommodated everyone. Jaco was amazing. Idania was a great host, really helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend!

The host was great and treated us like family. Great and quite location for a family or a guys/girls trip. The house had every thing you could need and if not the host got it for you. I would go back here next year.

I went with my family for New Year's Eve and the house is perfect. It has all the amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, rooms with super comfortable beds and air conditioning, super clean bathrooms with hot water, the WHOLE house has air conditioning, and it also has good lighting both outside and inside. In addition, it has an entertainment area with a pool table, a comfortable living room with a television, good internet, a very clean pool area, several chairs both in the shade and in the sun, an outdoor refrigerator, a good gas grill and a bathroom near the pool so you don't have to get the house wet. Finally, for those traveling by car, there is good space for up to 5 cars inside the property. Finally, Doña Idania is an excellent host, super attentive, responds quickly and is very friendly. Highly recommended 👌

Convenient location and great communication

I can't say enough good things about our experience. The home was really clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived even with the transportation, we felt right at home. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the clubs, local attractions and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Idania and Junior were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby activities and dining, making our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone or a group of friends looking for a central yet cozy and convenient spot. I can't wait to visit again.

I loved this place, for that! A 20-minute walk to the beach. Also quite a few shops nearby. A very cozy and quite big place. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to cook, and the grill served us a lot. The pool is very clean and beautiful. All rooms with air conditioning, although one stopped working halfway through the trip. In what is needed work is exterminating cockroaches, since cockroach eggs were found in the utensils and in places of the kitchen. Several cockroaches were also seen in our stay. Two out of three bathrooms didn't serve very well so 12 people had to use the upstairs bathroom. The second room upstairs has very transparent curtains, so when the chandelier is turned on it sticks very hard the light in the room and you can't sleep. In the upstairs bathroom, a warning should be put in the shower as many people hit their heads when entering the shower. Still with this, you could enjoy it a lot.

the facilities are beautiful and the host's treatment is unbeatable, of course we will return, it is like being at home, not to mention that our hairies can be free by the property since everything is closed and there is no danger to escape, very safe and quiet, 100% recommended

This was the best stay I could have ever asked for. They made us feel right at home, she helped with groceries and drove us around the city for tours. They made us feel right at home, and I could have not asked for a better stay. If you are planning on coming to Costa Rica with friends/family, this place is perfect. The location is within walking distance of the town, the restaurants have great food, and the nightlife is great. The hosts performed excellently and I can't wait to come back for many more vacations here. The house was clean, put-together, and in all honestly made my 50th bday celebrations come together. Best hosts ever!

Stayed in Jaco beach for a couple days with some friends and stayed at idania’s property. It was plenty big and perfect for what we wanted. Responded very fast with any questions I had through out my stay and got me set up with transportation to and from the airport. If I were to do our trip all over again I would definitely choose to stay at this property and would recommend for anyone else visiting Jaco.
