Mariana was very responsive and our check-in was seamless. The home is beautiful, well cared for, looks like the photos and description was accurate. We were two families traveling with two children and enjoyed our time. We have no complaints but would suggest supplying some plastic or metal cups/plates for children as the entire place is tile and becomes very slippery when wet. Additional towels or a mop for keeping the floor dry/safe would be good as well. All in all, it was a great house, and we would recommend this to friends/family traveling to the area in the future.

I'm sorry you didn't see that the mop is in the laundry room. As for extra towels, they were on a shelf on the balcony of the house. Since you only stayed two nights, we left the corresponding amount. And about the glasses, you actually broke a glass and a collection glass in just two days, which unfortunately we were unable to replace. But they weren't charged for it. Even so, you thought it was a good idea to criticize the house for your mistake and sloppiness. They also left a lot of rubbish around the house, a huge amount of beer cans and empty bottles, and handed over the house in terrible condition.

We stayed with two adults and four teenage boys. Everyone had a blast and Mariana and Bruno were super helpful. Highly recommend!

Great house and great amenities! The bikes they provide are a great way to get around the neighborhood! Close to the restaurants and bars. Was nice to have the rooms all be separate as well!

This property was the perfect solution to accommodate additional family members during a recent trip to Playa Colorados. It was immaculate, well maintained and had tons of amenities (pool, volleyball, darts, ping pong, pool table, hammocks, bicycles, etc.) to enjoy while relaxing at "home." The nearby restaurants and shops are an added bonus!

Me and my friends had an amazing time at Mariana’s place. Short bike ride to the beach and restaurants. Definitely coming back.

Fantastic home in an incredible community! Very safe with the kids. Mariana was very responsive, hired a cook and she was wonderful. Loved Hacienda Iguana in general, very clean area with so much to do. Will be raving about this place to our friends and family

The picture in the add are good, but the reality is different, in the room behind windows curtains, to many dirty, the rooms are to small, the rooms door don't sliding correctly, in 3 day they change the towels just one time, and the sofas are very very dirty. they don't arrive to the house until the day for the check out, also that they the check out, they cut the electricity in the morning, to pushing us to leave the property .

O senhor é um grande mentiroso, espero que seja banido do airbnb. Temos 26 avaliações, 24 são 5 estrelas, 2 são 4 estrelas. A sua não é verdade, só porque mandei mensagem a perguntar o que aconteceu com o pé do microondas você fez isso. Fizemos manutenção diária da piscina e meu marido sempre perguntou se estava tudo bem e você disse que sim, que estavam adorando. Deixou a casa em péssimo estado, deixou pretas as toalhas que eram brancas. Quando pediu toalhas entregamos na hora. Banheiros sem dar descarga. Microondas super sujo e danificado, lixo por todo lado. Jamais desligamos a luz. Houve uma queda de energia de menos de uma hora, que é normal na Nicarágua e você sabe disso. O check-out é 11am e tínhamos guests a chegar as 2pm, perguntamos a que horas ia sair e você nem respondeu. Saiu sem avisar. O sofá não estava nada sujo, dissemos para não tirar as mantas. Ele tem algumas manchas no estofado, por isso as mantas o cobrem. Vocês sim deixaram um pedaço de limão no sofá. A limpeza da casa não pode ser avaliada por um detalhe atras de uma cortina. Voce sabe que recebeu a casa super limpa e isso é o que dizem todos os outros hospedes que nos avaliaram. Quem ler as outras avaliações da casa vai saber a verdade. Nunca tivemos uns hospedes tao ruins e tao mentirosos.

Amazing place for our two families with 4 young kids. The trees in the backyard keep the pool in the shade for most of the day, which is exactly what you want (Nica is hot). Mariana and Bruno are amazing hosts who communicate extremely well and make you feel welcome. We hired a personal chef - Yaqueline - to prepare every dinner for us. She was very good and made us delicious traditional Nicaraguan dishes each night, which added to the entire experience. (you can get Yaqueline’s contact info from Mariana/Host and then directly send her a message via Whats App). Bruno even got some surprise pictures of us surfing and shared them with us afterwards. If you plan to go to the beach a lot, you can use the bikes and/or rent a golf cart (which is how everyone gets around inside the community).
