Very good place

Carlos Luis's place is spectacular. It's a very cozy apartment in an area with easy access to places of interest. In addition, there is a convenient and excellent "food court" in front of the building. The building has all the amenities to make your stay very pleasant, a pool and gym, as well as a spectacular view of San José. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

I was with my family at this accommodation due to a medical emergency. The tower allowed us to focus on our hospital visits since it had a supermarket and a restaurant. It was clean, and Salvador responded quickly to all our questions. Impeccable place, other guests were friendly, as was the staff, and under other personal circumstances, I would certainly visit to enjoy all the amenities. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nucleo. We felt like we were staying at a fancy resort. The apartment had everything we needed. The Gastro club / food court was amazing. And so was their pool. I wish we could give 10 stars

The second tower at Nucleo and the parking garage are under construction. There's construction noise every day which made us keep balcony door closed during the day. The grocery store is within walking distance, and there are restaurants on the property. The in-unit washing machine and dryer are a plus. Pots and pans need to be replaced. The space is nice and comfortable for two people.

Great place with plenty of amenities and restaurants close by. Host was responsive. Garage attendants are a pain and inconsistent on their security measures. Unfortunately, the location was difficult because the entrance to the building is on the entrance to a freeway system. The traffic to get into the building was worse than the majority of traffic in San Jose at certain times of the day.

Excellent apartment! unbeatable location... away from the hustle and bustle of San José, but in a strategic area. Cute common areas; coworking spaces, gym, pool, etc. I would definitely come back!
