The place is in a nice location; the tricky part was the issue with the host. The air conditioning was leaking at night; all our clothes got wet because we had to put them on the floor since the closet was closed. When we reported this problem to the host, he just said, “Too bad.” Then we asked for help with another issue, and we never got a response. The pans were in terrible condition.

Honestly, I've never been to a place so run-down, and the beds were a disaster—it was like sleeping on a rock. I don't know if they're old or what, but my back really hurt. The walls are missing paint, and honestly, the place is in urgent need of a renovation. The air conditioning flooded the master bedroom, so we didn't use it on the second night. Fortunately, there were only a few of us, but it really needs some love.

The place is very clean with a good location, the Host's service is fast It is important to indicate that the house requires maintenance, as they have indicated in other opinions, the pans are very bad, they must change them, the wall of the pool area needs painting, the pillows already feel worn.

house needs maintenance, as there are many dirty walls full of humidity stains and dirt, bathroom hot water doesnt work, got cloaded during our stay due to high waters volume. bring your own equipment if you want to cook as the house is very limited. host answers 1 or 2 a day so be aware.

The place is nice, but very small for 11 guests. It would be nice if they put more chairs on the outside table even if they are plastic so they can all sit as there are only 4 chairs. The refrigerator does not cool and does not freeze well, and they should fix the air conditioning as well.

Hola Genesis, es la primera persona que nos indica de los aires acondicionados y la refirgeradora. Se envió al técnico sin embargo todo esta funcionando bien. En cuanto al tamaño de la casa la cual se puede observar en las fotos debido a que no estuviste en el lugar ya que reservaste para otra persona, esta cuenta con 3 cuartos con camarote matrimonial, cama nido y cama individual
