The place was great, with awesome views. It was fairly close to the beach and had great restaurants nearby. The place has pools and other amenities.

Upon arrival at the condo, we were greeted by security which did a very detailed checkin and it made us feel secure. The condo is cozy and immaculate and in an excellent location with walkable distances to the beach, restaurants, bars! Lovely atmosphere!

The place is just as seen in the photos. The location is very good and the view is spectacular.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Jaco is a great walkable little town. The Viva Jaco condo is nice with a beautiful view. It’s close to everything, shopping, restaurants and the beach. As a solo traveler I always felt safe. It’s a 10/10!

We just spent 2-1/2 weeks at this condo and had a great stay. The price was very reasonable, perfect location, and condo was very clean. The community area with this property is a great bonus. We were super happy with our stay. The kitchen is minimally stocked but we were fine as we ate out most evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

First.\nOf all the place was extremely clean and beautiful from the outside, very modern walking into the parking lot.Entrance into the lobby , you can see the three pools , the gym , the barbecue area and gaming area. as we entered into the lobby area to enter into the elevator everything was clean.Everything looked like it was brand new.And once we open a door to the apartment , it was spotless clean updated with everything. if you decide to rent this place, make sure you check with me to see if I'm going to be there. So you can keep my dates available. Other than that, I would recommend it. 😆 🤣

We had a great time, beautiful and I loved the ocean view, everything was super close, we will be back!!!!!
