The location was great. The Villas were very cozy and clean. The pool is a wonderful addition. Our hosts were extremely responsive and easy to reach. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed the place, it was just as described and we really appreciated there being AC. It was also near by the town so we were able to make any necessary stops at any time. The location also was in a secure place, we always felt safe. The hosts were great, if there was ever any issues they responded on time and help resolve any issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back !

Tania’s place suited us perfectly as we are two families of 4 and 5 and the property has two individual villas sitting opposite each other with a pool in the middle, plus tables and a barbecue area in the middle. Decent AC in each bedroom as perfect and the three bedrooms per villa were oriented around a central kitchen and lounge area, with just about enough space for both families to eat in one areas together if the rains came, which they did being as we visited in August. The property sits on a gated estate with a security guard at the gate house so we felt safe. There are some shops/supermarket/ restaurant within east walking distance and La Fortuna town is about 1km, so a reasonable walk, away. We stayed 3 days and it suited us perfectly.

If in La Fortuna this is the Airbnb to rent. Walkable to restaurants and downtown to La Fortuna. Uber was quickly available. Loved everything about the house. Swimming pool and 2 villas made it easy for family of 12 to enjoy our time in Costa Rica

This place was very beautiful and I would definitely stay at this property again in a heartbeat would recommend to all my friends and family to stay at this property. It is gated and heavily guarded, which makes it feel more safe and at home.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Check-in was smooth and having the added security was great. We felt very safe and it was the perfect distance to all of the amenities. Well laid out villa, just as described, perfect for large groups. Kitchen was very well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very efficient hosting. The houses were very clean and well equipped. There are numerous activities nearby and excellent restaurants (you need to plan on driving for 5–7 minutes). Thank you to Wagner and Tania for their kindness and professionalism.

Everything was lovely and well worth the price. The nature was incredible and the location felt comfortable and modern. The AC worked great and the water temperature and pressure were wonderful. Beautiful location, short and affordable drive to the city center, lovely people all around. The neighborhood felt safe and secure without being completely inaccessible to the Uber drivers. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We would love to stay in these villas again.

Wonderful double villa and pool! San Carlos is beautiful with many attractions and restaurants near by. The villa was spotless and a wonderful escape to the beautiful countryside.

Safe neighborhood and easy access to everything you want to do in Fortuna

A great place for our two families with the separate villas. We thought the villa was a very good price for what it offered. The towels were a bit light so bring some extras if you can. The location is a very quick drive to town and a walk to Mary’s BBQ.

The place is just like how it is described. it is a gated community with nice surroundings. the private pool is amazing especially with our young kids. Bedding is clean, so is the whole house. Location is closed to downtowns. 5-10 minutes drive can take you to restaurants. The laundry did not work when we were there thought. I wish the host could have informed us earlier. overall it is a great place to stay.
