Very comfortable stay at April's place.

Best place we stayed at in Nicaragua. We appreciate the accommodation for its quiet location and the opportunity to escape the heat in Leon in the pool. The location in Leon is also great. Everything relevant is a few minutes' walk away.

We loved the place and the pool was a big plus; the outdoor kitchen was very nice.

We felt very comfortable in this oasis. Incredibly great for relaxing in the hot city. Really special place.

Aprils place is the perfect little apartment. You could just hide away in this oasis and outdoor kitchen area, swim, lay on the hammock/sunbeds and watch tv and not know which country you are in. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. Shower has hot water too :). It’s walking distance to the cathedral and after walking leon coming back to this place tucked away is really refreshing.

April, your place was absolutely wonderful! Thank you! It was in a peaceful area and close to the cathedral which was key for us. Many restaurants in close walking distance too! I can’t wait to go back.

This location is very convenient, and the facilities of the cottage were great (swimming pool, fridge, kitchen, etc.). Very nice quiet place

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. The house was exactly what we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised that both the pool and kitchen were much larger than they appeared in the photos. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and in great working order. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated having warm showers after long days of exploring. The location was perfect—we were able to walk everywhere in León, which made sightseeing so convenient. It was especially hot during our visit, so the pool was an amazing bonus and quickly became our favorite place to cool off each afternoon. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting León!

We had a lovely stay! The accommodation is full of comforts, and the kitchen is excellently equipped. The pool is a great place to cool off and relax. The location is ideal: right in the center, in a pleasant neighborhood and within walking distance of all the sights. April was very friendly, responded quickly to our messages and proactively helped us with ideas. Thank you for the nice days. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting León!

They were great hosts that were very responsive and easy going. The setup was perfect for us. It’s walking distance to everything we needed, the pool and kitchen setup were perfect for us to also get a a little relax time at the house. Would be happy to stay at this property again.

I had a wonderful stay at April’s place! The location couldn’t have been better. It’s in a convenient, central area with lots of excellent and affordable restaurants nearby. Many of the best bars are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the local nightlife without needing transportation. I highly recommend staying here!
