I can’t say enough about this place! We rented several of the units for a large family gathering, from 4 year old to 80. The spaces were perfect for all of us! Tiburon ballena had everything we needed to gather together, the pool was wonderful, great beach access. Oscar and the grounds keepers were so helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend this pace to anyone!!

This condo was perfect for our group of 5! The kitchen and outdoor grill had everything we needed to cook great meals. When we needed a break from the sun, the AC kept the entire place beautifully cold. We loved lounging on the private patio, which is located right next to the pool. Oscar was an amazing host—super responsive and helpful with everything we needed on short notice. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance along the beach and in town. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location - not too busy like Cabo but great activity option. Pool was fantastic. If you like pickleball can’t beat it.

Loved the location right on the beach. The pool was amazing and the outdoor lounge chairs and fire pit was great! All the rooms were comfortable and the A.C. in each room was very nice!

Another fabulous vacation at Arrecife. Can’t say enough about this gem of a place. Proximity to everything and the beach at your doorstep. The house is well maintained and the grounds excellent. Oscar the property manager is always available with a smile to help in any way he can. We look forward to returning.

Incredible location being right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, hotels. Would definitely recommend and will likely be back!

This was our second time visiting Arrecife. The view and the space cannot be beat. The manager, Oscar, is very responsive and always on sight to offer any assistance. Parking is very secure. Communication before, during and after is excellent! We took a large group. We rented the large house and three of the smaller loft types. Everyone was happy with their lodging. It is also a bonus that they have a BBQ, coolers to borrow, beach chairs and umbrellas. They even had some sand toys and pool floaties. The grocery store is a quick 8 minute walk, but take your own bags. Several restaurants in walking distance also. Speaking with a few other renters, they seem to all keep coming back to stay and so will we!

Fabulous location! Oscar (the property manager) was extremely helpful during our entire stay. Easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. We highly recommend La Terrazza for great food and a lovely atmosphere!

This was our 4th trip to Arrecife and Oscar is always very accommodating, helpful and kind. We had some troubles with the outside patio lights one evening and expected Oscar to look into the problem the next day. 5 minutes later, Oscar came to the house with a stepladder/tools and fixed the lighting. I feel that the costs could be a little lower and if so, we could come more often.

We've stayed here many times, and it is always our favorite place on Earth. On top of the wonderful house, the caretaker, Oscar, is just such a pleasure to work with.
