We had a lovely stay at Casa Residencial Mayales in Managua. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and we slept very well. A special thank you to Michael, who was clear, helpful, and responsive in every single message, making everything easy from start to finish. The only challenge was the street access due to road construction and detours around Managua, but this was not Michael or Mayalesā fault at all. The best route we found was through Villa Libertad - San SebastiĆ”n, since the Carretera Masaya access was closed. Overall, a very positive experience and we truly appreciated Michaelās excellent service.

The residential complex is excellent, and you can get there easily with the help of an app, although the access road has some potholes. The house looks just as shown in the photos: very clean, tidy, and well-lit.

Michael's property looks like the photos, but the experience upon arrival was not as expected. There was a musty smell, as if it hadn't been ventilated in a long time, and the cleanliness was poor: the furniture was dusty, and there were cobwebs. The surroundings were also not favorable; outside the condominium, the area appears unsafe, with dirt and trash, which makes it inaccessible and unreliable. In our case, not knowing the area, this was disappointing. Due to the Strict cancellation policy, we decided to cancel and stay at a more centrally located hotel, forfeiting the cost of the reservation.

Great place that Michael has. That are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor seating area is amazing. Quiet neighborhood . The washing machine made it extra convenient. Highly recommended for remote work, especially
