Wendy and Karen are hosting professionals. My wife and I have never experienced the thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and kindness that we received throughout our stay. They made us feel as if we were part of their family who had been visiting from out of town. The guest house to their home is beautiful with equally beautiful views of Playa Flamingo and the surrounding area. We would definitely book with them again and would recommend their place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Wendy and Karen are very gracious hosts! Always available to answer any questions or provide local recommendations. The guest house is lovely, and Wendy and Karen provided a welcome basket, fresh flowers, and lots of beach amenities including beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels etc. The plunge pool is a great way to cool off in the heat of the day! However, as you can see in the pictures, the best view is from the house and terrace and not in the pool itself. Having a rental car is recommended for this area as the house is a bit of a drive up a steep road. Take note that (as indicated in the listing) there is only AC in the bedroom. When we visited there were also some restrictions on water use due to issues with the municipal supply. But Wendy was very proactive communicating about it. All in all a great little romantic spot!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at casa todo bien! Accommodations were very comfortable and clean and the playa flamingo area was a real treat. Overall we are so excited to plan another trip back to Costa Rica and are very happy with how we planned our trip to Guanacaste. A very kind thank you to our hosts!

Lovely property with a gorgeous view of Flamingo Beach. Up a hill, but walkable to the beach in 10-12 minutes if you’re up for a little cardio. :) Recommend a golf cart if any mobility issues. Well stocked kitchen, refreshing plunge pool, great natural light in the bedroom, and clean bathroom. The host, Wendy, is very responsive and gave us several recommendations for local activities and points of interest. This beach is great if you like a more laid back feel than Tamarindo, great for families with littles or dogs and folks who like peace and quiet. Everyone respects the environment and cleans up after themselves. Would gladly return!

Wendy was great from the beginning! Answered all my questions leading up to the trip and while I was there! Check-in and directions for the guest house were made very clear and the place was immaculate. The view was amazing and it was the perfect spot to get away. It was very helpful to have the concierge service who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and also helped with getting our rental car which I highly recommend doing. I was definitely nervous about driving up the steep hills at first, but I made sure to rent a good size SUV! Thank you Wendy & Karen for everything, you guys are the best 😊

Great place! If you are looking for a safe place that makes you feel at home and incredible views this is the place for you. Flamingo is a very low key beach that is right down from the Airbnb and has one of the best restaurants in coco loco that is 0.3 miles from the house. Extremely safe with fence and alarm system. Best concierge to handle all of your needs. The hosts are also available whenever you need. Will be back to stay again!!

From the moment we arrived at Wendy and Karen’s Airbnb, it was clear that our stay was going to be something special. These two hosts have truly mastered the art of hospitality, showing a level of care and attention to detail that made our experience unforgettable. The accommodation itself was exceptional, but what really set this place apart was the personal touch from Wendy and Karen. Their warmth and eagerness to ensure we had the best stay possible was evident in every interaction. But let’s talk about the view – it was nothing short of breathtaking. The pictures online, while beautiful, simply do not do it justice. Adding to the exceptional experience was the concierge service, particularly Abraham. This service made our trip stress-free and much more enjoyable. Abraham’s assistance was a game-changer, ensuring everything ran smoothly and conveniently. In conclusion, if you’re considering booking this Airbnb, I can’t recommend it enough.

If i could rate my stay 1000 stars, i could! Wendy was an amazing host from day one of booking all the way til the end of my stay. She was super friendly and had answers to all of my questions. This was my first solo trip out of the country and i couldn’t thank Wendy enough for making my stay super comfortable. I felt safe my entire trip since the house had a full alarm system as well as it being gated. The concierge service that came with the airbnb was such a huge help with planning things to do. So many perks to this stay outside of the gorgeous house. Trust me when i say photos do absolutely NO justice. The view is absolutely STUNNING! Everything that i could have ever dreamed of. I was in complete paradise, felt like a QUEEN. If you’re adventurous i would suggest renting a motorcycle through the concierge. The company was lovely and riding a bike around costa rica was SOOO much fun. I couldn’t find a complaint if i wanted to. BOOK NOW!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this home. While many to include my partner seek out all inclusive resorts when traveling, I prefer to feel at home. Mission accomplished! We can't say enough great things about Wendy and Karen's guest house. Such a beautiful location and so well taken care of. Everything in the listing is accurate and Abraham's concierge service was excellent. Wendy and Karen went out of their way to make our stay special. We very much appreciated their hospitality. Wendy and Karen are perfect hosts and we ended up becoming fast friends. Beautiful flowers and local coffee was there to welcome us, as well as absolutely stunning views and a modern well furnished guest cottage. The plunge pool is perfect, as was the gorgeous tub in the AC bedroom. Abraham the concierge helped us set up a rental car and private chef-made dinner, Flamingo is the perfect spot and Casa Todo Bien the perfect stay.

Wendy and Karen were the best hosts ever! The Casa was absolutely beautiful, loved everything about this place and will certainly be back!!

This place far exceeded our expectations. Wendy was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive to any questions we had. The host’s guidebook had excellent recommendations. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and was exactly as pictured. We would absolutely stay here again! The concierge service (Abraham) was a wonderful offering and we took full advantage to make our trip perfect!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The cleanliness was immaculate, the house was beautiful, and the concierge service was beyond helpful. It was one of the best AirBnb stays we’ve had so far.
