Rolando was very friendly, even gave us coffee. when a/c was broken, fixed it in half an hour. very close to all manuel antonio attractions

Plus side: Nice size, plenty of towels, private parking spot. And having a washer and a place to hang wet clothes was nice. Very convenient to Mountain Top Park (pickup location for some excursions). The negatives were the broken bathroom door and the noise at all hours (people, dogs, roostersā¦). We got very little sleep. Also, unlike most Airbnbās, there was no coffee (fine if you arrive early, but not if you arrive late).

Very comfortable, spacious. It has a closed laundry room which was very good for us. The beds were ok! The cleaning was barbaric. The only detail is the noise of the animals around, there are roosters and dogs that bother you from early on. Rolando was very helpful. I recommend it.

Overall the apartment matches the description, some points need to be improved: deteriorated shower room door as well as that of the cellar, small hot water problem that has been resolved, the exterior could be made more pleasant.

The place is spacious and very comfortable, with everything you need to rest and cook while in Manuel Antonio. It's in a lively neighborhood, which was nice because you can walk to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc., though a light sleeper might take issue with the various sounds (roosters, traffic, construction). I think this is going to be a wonderful airbnb once they finish the projects they are working on, but when we were there, a musty/mildew/moisture issue affected my allergies, so it wasn't the best fit for our family.

Good location to get around Quepos. The apartment is very comfortable for 3 or 4 people maximum. Very nicely decorated and the details.

Great place! Very modern and clean in a location walkable to several restaurants and just 10 min drive from the beach and Manuel Antonio National Park. We were able to do laundry which was great. Rolando was very responsive and helpful! Note that the rode it is on is narrow and winding so you just need to be prepared for what it is to get there but thatās just a few minutes and par for the course in the area.
