Our stay at this villa was honestly more than a 5-star experience! The villa was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and looked exactly like the photos. We felt safe throughout our entire trip because it’s located in a gated community, which gave us great peace of mind. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only thing to keep in mind is that the host has strict policies regarding outside services, such as private chefs or decorations. If you’re planning anything special, be sure to book those services through the host to avoid any issues. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and relaxing stay!

We had a great time!! The pool was beautiful and big, perfect for swimming around in all day in the hot weather. The facility was clean and neat. The hosts were very responsive and gave us many tips. Thank you!

This place was amazing! My group had a great time, the place exceeded our expectations compared to the pictures. Bathrooms were so pretty and rooms were spacious. Host was helpful in recommending an amazing taxi service, who were so nice and punctual, and made our group feel comfortable in the area + created memories with us that we’ll always remember. Only cons were the bottom floor room outlets had no power and the surround speakers volume were not working properly, but we made it work. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely return!

I booked Horizon Villa for my birthday trip to Tulum and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the location was absolutely stunning, perfectly situated to take in everything Tulum has to offer. The villa itself was beautiful, well-appointed, and had everything our group needed to feel right at home. It was the perfect backdrop for celebrating a milestone birthday. What really stood out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our entire stay. Any question or request was handled, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. This was one of the most memorable trips I have ever taken, and the accommodations played a huge part in that. I would absolutely book again if I ever find myself back in Tulum. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-hosted stay!

They made everything easy and were always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully maintained. The sound system was a great bonus and really added to the experience. The pool was absolutely amazing — one of our favorite parts of the stay. The location was also ideal: close to everything while still feeling private and peaceful. Most importantly, we always felt very safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Very nice stayed here for my 23rd birthday… was very clean , nice and just like pics only thing is the glass pool was unable to be used due to it jot working so it’s only 1 pool instead of 2 other than tht I love the villas and will definitely book again ❤️

We loved this house. It is a little bit of drive to the main restaurants and beach, but the house itself was so beautiful that we had no issue with that. The host was responsive and helpful with everything, plus gave excellent recommendations. The pictures are accurate and we had such a wonderful time!
