Loved this place so much the first time that we had to come back. Still the best beach house in the area. Great vibes, clean, and right on the water. We'll be back again for sure!

My stay was very good; the place was clean, tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is convenient and quiet, ideal for resting. The host was very friendly and always available in case we needed anything, which made the experience even better.

Excellent stay, beautiful house with all the amenities; my family and I enjoyed it very much. Quick and secure access to the beach. Very peaceful. We will definitely repeat the experience for more days. Thank you so much for the nice service

We were met on the main road and escorted to the place. The villa is much better in reality than in the photos. The house is surrounded by trees ,there is shade everywhere and the ocean is within walking distance. Very convenient kitchen, large refrigerator and toilet in each room. A special treat is the open veranda with dining table and hammocks. We were only two days, but we highly recommend this place for a holiday Thank to the owner and co-host. Larysa Canada.

Pros: beautiful, practically deserted beach in less than 60 seconds out the back door. Area is raw and practically untouched by commercialization. Fabulous outdoor living area. Hammocks, rocking chairs, etc. Host provided a big jug of filtered water. Iguanas.. kids lived seeing them! Cons/honest feedback: house could use a good deep clean. Some of the screens need replaced, as they have holes, allowing bugs to get in. Not a pro/con just as informational.. this is a pretty remote location. We got held up and arrived later than expected and it was already quite dark. Trying to find this place is the dark was a little sketch. Dirt road in the middle of the jungle, pitch black. Def want to bring food with you. Only 1-2 restaurants that are somewhat close. Food was just ok and high for Nica as most of their clientele are foreigners/vacationers. Same with groceries.. very limited options and on the high side for Nica. All and all it was a good stay. Positive experience.

We had a lovely stay. We only stayed for 3 days but would have stayed MUCH longer. We had a short walk to the beach. Though we could see the ocean, we could certainly hear it. We love the patio outside. It was great to have our morning coffee and afternoon rests. Great place!!

Amazing place! Really close to the beach, very private and well equipped. Lots of nature and beautiful animals. Leo and Katy were amazing and responsive. Will definitely come back.

Leo and his team were very attentive . Check-in and check-out was easy . The location is optimal and the house is really comfortable with air conditioning and good lighting . Recommended for a good rest .

It was a challenge in finding this place and extremely frustrating. It shows a town which is the county. Why not say the resort it is in, there is a guard at the gate and it is in San diago That was the biggest pain. But it an awesome place Also limited restaurant hours on site but a great one on the beach a short walk away and of course Alice’s Restaurant. Long walk of 5 minute drive Seems like a private beach. Wonderful However,awesome sleeping accommodations,2 bathrooms,great ac And the best place for ice!!! Freezer was perfect. Lots of room inside and out. And iguanas. A very special place. Highly recommend Thank you Would highly recommend this place Thank you
