Very beautiful modern resort, very comfortable and very friendly staff. Food and drink very good but a little expensive (it's a resort). My only issue was with the actual listing. The photos indicated a higher floor room with ocean views. Our room was very much an interior one, facing the other side of the building and on the second floor. You could see the ocean far away if you leaned over the balcony. I understand it's a resort/timeshare rental, but there should be some language in the listing indicating the photos are not necessarily (or at a all) what you are going to end up with. We generally don't do resorts so maybe this is normal. The Mrs. was happy so I didn't make a fuss. Other than that, it's a lovely resort.

Overall our trip was EPIC and Patrick was SUPER responsive and dedicated to us having a good experience. The resort is clean and new. The pools are awesome. The beach is gorgeous. You can’t swim in the ocean by the hotel…there’s staff making sure you don’t. But you can walk up the beach a bit and swim to a float which was cool. There was a mix up with our reservation which Patrick took very seriously and rewarded us with a beach front suite which was spectacular. But there’s not a way to secure your unit before you arrive so it’s a toss up and there’s disparity between the units. The beach front was over the top and amazing and awesome. We didn’t do the all inclusive…we ubered to the nearby grocery and got beer wine and vodka in addition to beautiful fruit and veggies. Beers at the hotel are $12 but the quesadillas are to die for. We just don’t eat that much so didn’t do all inclusive and it worked out for us. There’s not enough beach chairs. Take your own floater for lazy river

Our stay in Patrick and Tim’s beautiful two-bedroom suite in Los Cabos exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely attentive to every detail of our stay. What truly set them apart was that they personally flew to Cabo to get us settled and walk us through all the features of the hotel — an extraordinary level of care and hospitality. The suite itself was spacious, impeccably maintained, and even more impressive than the photos. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated for comfort and luxury. The staff on the property were exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

The room was exactly as described and perfect for our family of five. We had plenty of room to stretch out and not feel like we were on top of each other. So convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The resort is in the middle of both Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. It was a beautiful resort, the pools were nice and the beach views were great at the infinity pool. Both Patrick and the staff at the resort very helpful and accomodatig. The food was decent, but in my opinion was overpriced. We had a car so we drove to many local restaurants. We did however eat lunches a couple of time while we were at the pool. Overall great resort, and excellent unit. Great stay!

We had the most incredible time in Cabo! The resort was absolutely stunning—every detail was beautiful, from the views to the service. Everything felt so easy and seamless, especially with Patrick. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable with how smooth and stress-free he made everything. We can’t wait to come back!

Patrick’s place was awesome! I would say the resort actually looked better in person than the pictures which is rare. Great communication from beginning to end. The food on site is better than your standard all inclusive (optional). The only reason I have 4 stars for the description is because the connecting room had a king instead of two twins. The kids still slept great though.

Patrick was on the ball and helpful when we encountered a small issue upon booking. He took ownership, solved the issue and was quick to communicate with us. The rooms were great! The resort was beautiful and the pools were perfect for our family. The food in the resort was not good. Fortunately we rented a car and drove to some amazing restaurants. Would highly recommend doing the same. Our favorite spots were Come a Casa, Flora Farms restaurant, Rubas, and La Lupita. (All towards San Jose side) Overall, beautiful place to stay. 5 stars all day.
