Our family had a fun and relaxing weekend, and we can thank that to the fact that the house met our expectations and the place is fantastic. Roxana and Cleymer were very attentive and available. We were always taken care of and that allowed us to enjoy the house and the surroundings. Thank you. We will definitely be back!

Geraldine is an extraordinary person; she contacted me even before my arrival to give us directions and let us know if we needed anything. Roxana is very attentive and kind. We had a wonderful weekend with my family. I highly recommend this house and will be back soon

Our stay at the beach house was amazing. The property is beautiful, and we really enjoyed every moment. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Roxana, the cook; her service was impeccable, and her kindness made our experience even more special. Highly recommended!

The view of Las Cortinas de Pochomil Viejo from the house was spectacular. The house was spacious and the neighborhood was tranquil.

We had a great stay! The house was just like the photos—spacious, clean, and right across from the beach. We especially loved the open living room and the relaxing vibe. The cook was fantastic—super friendly, attentive and made amazing food. Geraldine was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back!

Our recent stay at was extremely disappointing and did not match the listing’s description. The kitchen lacked basic essentials like sugar and salt. Every bedroom and bathroom smelled like sewage throughout the week. Additionally, the pool was dirty, the grill barely functioned, the internet was weak, there was no access to Netflix or a working television, and ants and gnats were prevalent in every room. We documented these issues with photographs and promptly communicated them to the host, who was unable to resolve them satisfactorily.

Aldo Guerrero and Shannon Darcy stayed at my beach house for 8 nights with 9 guests and asked for a full refund at the end of their stay. After an I have reported you to the Airbnb community as a scammer and should not be allowed to be a guest anywhere.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! We were a group of 9 people and we fit comfortably in this home. The location is just as the photos indicate, it is a large open concept home located right on the beach. The morning view from the two master bedrooms is stunning. The rooms are large and comfortable with a washroom in each one. The cook and grounds-keeper were more than accommodating! They helped us with anything we needed and gave us local recommendations for food and activities. Would highly recommend this to anyone, especially who have children, as the pool allows for a safer place to swim (the ocean can be aggressive at times, but that’s to be expected in the Pacific Ocean). Geraldine was very responsive and kind - speaking both English and Spanish. We will be returning for sure!

Great place, beautiful view. Super quiet and comfortable, we enjoy it as a family. Very friendly Geraldine, as well as her work team (Roxana and her husband) who are in charge of the house. Super well attended, highly recommended in general everything.

I visited the house with family and we had a good time, Las cortinas de pochomil are in front of the house and you receive a natural hydro massage that is absolutely amazing. Geraldine was very friendly and open to respond. It’s a PLUS that someone cooks for you, ROXANA is an amazing girl and cooks delicious, very friendly and gentle so her husband. In the other hand, the house was in good conditions but two bathrooms had a bad smell that came Out to rooms and the water of the pool was also lit bit dirty.

The house is nice, clean in most spaces, attentive staff and very helpful. It has a plus that is a person who cooks and washes the dishes included in the price. Roxana, she is very friendly and knows how to do her job very well! Something that surprised us was that one of the 5 bedrooms (with bunk bed) is outside the house, by the pool area and doesn't feel very safe.
