The home was amazing - very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Javier was MORE than helpful with showing us around the home, setting up activities for us to do in town, and driving us to and from places we wanted to go. AND he even picked up some pizzas for us and delivered them to the house. Pool and views of the ocean and whale watching were amazing, communication from Javier was top notch service. I b would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting an unforgettable experience in Cabo!

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was honestly an amazing experience from start to finish. The pictures don’t even do it justice — the place looks even better in person. It felt super private, like a hidden gem, which made the whole stay that much more special. Javier was great and very responsive, making everything simple and stress-free the entire time. Check-in was smooth and easy, which set the tone right away. Javier and his team truly went above and beyond —everything we needed was already there and more. It made the whole stay feel effortless and really showed how much they care about their guests having a great experience. One of the highlights was having a private chef — such an easy process and the food was incredible. It really elevated the whole trip. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo. Don’t hesitate to book .

Great house with beautiful views. The host was very helpful with organizing local activities and transportation as needed. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the stunning views and beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be coming back.

I views type of guy and man! This place did not disappoint one of the best views I have ever seen , when u get there it seems complicated but Javier guided us and after that it was really ease and he helped us to get what ever we wanted and check up on us regularly which I like , i would recommend this place 100%

Breathtaking views, the sound of crashing waves, stars and sunsets…serenity at its best. This was the perfect 5-star home for 8 adults to escape the stress of our daily lives. This stunning, emaculate home offered our group individual privacy, but had wonderful gathering areas as well. Not far from fun excursions like motor biking and atvs. Nor is it too bad of a drive into downtown Cabo. Javier was a terrific host and it helped so much that he sent someone to the store with our grocery list ahead of time so everything we needed was there when we arrived. We mostly ate and socializes right there at the house as there really is no need to go anywhere else. Massage therapists are available to come right to the house, which was a decompression blessing. We all left this home, feeling rejuvenated, rested, and revived … a true vacation and wonderful experience.

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The host Javier was incredible. Very helpful and the place was amazing. Views were pristine, whales jumping and swimming close to shore all day. We loved it, very sad to leave and will definitely be back.

We can’t say enough good things about our time at this home! It was beautiful in every aspect. We watched whales right from our back door every day and enjoyed this comfortable home. You basically have a private beach, because we didn’t see anybody else all week. We will come back every year! Javier was an incredible host and took great care of us.

Javier was a wonderful host. The location is beautiful and peaceful with the best sunsets. It is a great spot to enjoy the nature and listen to waves. He was super helpful organizing a boat ride and a catering service for some of the days we stayed in. 💕

We celebrated my wife’s special birthday at Casa Marlin. The villa was amazing. The view from the pool was breathtaking and the sunsets are unforgettable. Javier was a gracious host who was always responsive, informative and welcoming. The chef was world class. We had the time of our lives. I would recommend Casa Marlin and Javier to anyone who wants a luxurious while private villa in Cabo. Hopefully, we’ll visit again.

I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday and it did not disappoint! Javier was incredible, super responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip, really making us feel welcome and me feel special for my birthday. The location is a little remote but that’s what we were looking for! It meant that we pretty much always had the entire beach to ourselves and amazing views of the ocean every day and of the sun setting every night. The house itself was spacious with great amenities (hot tub, pool table, sauna) and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Casa Marlin. The property is breath taking, photos do not do justice. Javier was a great host and went above and beyond for his guests. I would 100% visit again and highly recommend to anyone staying in Los Cabos to stay here!

The sunsets at Casa Marlin are a show, you can see the whales and leave you at your fingertips to connect so you don't miss the beautiful view, it's a very well-kept house and with great taste, every day here is worth it. The host is extremely kind. He is always in touch for any questions you may have. I recommend asking him for help to book boat rides. He helps you get it. It's very accessible and his service is very friendly. the pool is a good size, even the jacuzzi, you can easily swim a little and you will have enough space, not to mention that the ocean view is unparalleled, each room has a beautiful view to appreciate the beach, but the main bedroom is exceptional, the sound of the sea is heard all the time and the sunrises are the best, and all the staff around the ranch are very friendly, you have direct access to go down to the beach and take a walk around the shore with your family, 100% recommended.
