Our experience was very good. We really liked the place. The apartment is very clean, tidy, and just like the photos. Very well equipped. The location is excellent since it's central, very close to everything, but at the same time away from the noise and hustle and bustle. You can get around downtown on foot without any problem. The apartment is very safe, and the pool is nice and clean. Really very satisfied with the stay. 100% recommended. The hosts were always attentive to our queries. Definitely go back.

Family of 4, enjoyed our stay! It was very walkable close to everything. Quiet/safe part of town. It was probably our hottest stay out of the 4 places we stayed due to the AC’s, though they were responsive and offered to send someone out to look at it and also respected our wishes to decline having someone come over since we were going to the beach and leaving all of our valuables inside. One suggestion I would offer is adding hooks in the showers to dry bathing suits especially being by the ocean.

Flovecasas is an amazing location. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Clean place and well equipped felt right at home.

We all had a wonderful time in Tati and Manny’s lovely apartment. It is beautiful inside and the balcony looks out onto the pool which is a bonus. It is so near the centre of Tamarindo but very quiet and only about 200 metres from the beach!!! We were arriving late morning and Tati and Manny were so accommodating by arranging for us to check in early and thus making our life easier. Thank you so much for being able to arrange it!!! We had an excellent time!!!

A lovely place to stay, very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. maintenance guy ( Alejandro) super friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful time. Tati & Manny’s place is perfect—lots of space, full kitchen, comfortable beds, WiFi worked well, good tv options, A/C units kept the place cool…and a 10 min walk to the beach. T& M go above and beyond. Very responsive to questions. Their local guidebook was super helpful. Nice pool area. Parking was available with helpful security guard.

We loved the place. It was clean & located 3 minute walk to beach & downtown shopping/restaurants. The pool was private & refreshing. We would stay here again

Excellent location, very nice place, clean, comfortable at a good price, quiet, the only thing is that it has very few parking spaces, I recommend it.

This was one of the few places I saw that was 2 bedroom so my son could have his privacy. The town is very walkable and we found the scooter rentals to be super affordable. Having a washing machine was a huge plus, we went through clean clothes much faster than expected. Many restraunts, a bank, and a couple grocerys in easy walking distance. Bring lots of money, the food is pretty expensive. For those more adventurious on a budget look for the lady selling lunch plates out of the red van. The beach restraunts and tons of nightlife are right down the road but the condo is far enough away that it is pretty quiet at night. There is a watchman out front 24 hours and at no point did I feel unsafe. The parking lot has room for about 5 cars and there is street parking, parking my rental there was no problem. I did see a monkey one morning in the trees in the next lot over 🐒

This place was such a great stay! Great location that was maybe a 5 min walk to the beach. Great coffee shop and grocery nearby even closer. We absolutely loved the pool which was super clean and the outdoor shower helped us keep the condo clean. Overall a very nice place to explore Tamarindo.
