Amazing place, feels like home! Views are very beautiful, it’s peaceful and quiet. Good location! We really enjoyed our stay. Amy was always available to answer questions. Definitely recommend you to stay here!

This is an absolutely beautiful space. The pictures (beautiful as they are) do not do it justice. Amy was also highly communicative and helpful. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough!

A huge thank you to our hosts for sharing this exceptional place, offering breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets every evening. The house is beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated, with everything you need to feel happy, relaxed and in perfect harmony with the place. Nature is omnipresent: many birds and even toucans come to greet us. Communication with our hosts was easy and pleasant from start to finish. We would recommend this wonderful place without hesitation.

Amy is a kind and considerate host, readily available with information and suggestions, and responsive to any emergent issue. The accommodations are appealing, the kitchen is well-equipped, a very comfortable bed, a wonderful shower and a gorgeous view. The fact is that this accommodation is without A/C and we didn't realize that there is also inadequate shade on the deck by the plunge pool. Consequently, unless it is a cloudy day, even with the fans there is no escape from uncomfortable afternoon heat and hard sun, and sitting on the deck was not an option.

Costa Rica’s tropical climate can certainly bring warm afternoons, and we understand that may not be ideal for everyone. The casita sits high on a breezy hilltop overlooking the South Pacific, where mountain and ocean winds usually keep things pleasantly comfortable — so we’ve never found the need for air conditioning ourselves. That said, we realize that heat tolerance varies, and we always want guests to feel at ease and well-informed. We’ve chosen to keep the deck open to preserve the stunning mountain, ocean and sunset views that make this location so special. Fans are provided to help during the warmest part of the day, and most guests find the evenings delightfully cool and breezy. We truly value your feedback and are glad future guests can benefit from your honest, detailed perspective.

During Christmas and New Year, we stayed for 10 days in Ventanas a Osa, a beautiful casita owned by Amy and Gary. We truly enjoyed every moment of it! The ocean view is amazing with beautiful sunsets every evening. The small infinity pool is very nice and really adds to the experience, we enjoyed it every day! Even around the casita there is plenty of wildlife to see, especially lot’s of different birds visit the surrounding trees during the day. The casita has all the amenities you need. From here, we made several day trips to places such as Ojochal, Uvita and Quepos. Also, there are lots of great restaurants nearby. We do recommend a 4x4 as mentioned! We can wholeheartedly recommend this magical place. Thank you, Amy & Gary!

This place is downplayed; it’s mind-blowing and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing, seclusion was perfect, weather was great in Oct (sunny/rainy), the kitchen had all we needed (aside from spices) and we weren’t eaten alive by bugs. Other airbnbs in CR simply can’t offer this experience, location, and view. A 4x4 is beyond necessary and the task to get to the spot is definitely worth it. If you have the chance, book this place and thank me later.

Amazing view, location is really nice and private. We had a couple of hiccups with the electric gate and wifi not working but i’m sure host will resolve these issues for the next guests. Other than that the accomodation was nice. Seen a lot of nice animals really close to the house!

Remarkable location!!! We felt so close to nature!!! You do need a 4x4 vehicle as the introduction say! It was so fun getting to the house! We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous patio views and. beautiful daily bird visits. Amy was a terrific host who was thoughtfully responsive. Our 2 weeks was a dream 🥰

This place is a treasure! I'm so glad we found it. Close to great restaurants, beautiful beaches, and jungle adventures. The place itself was clean, roomy, and fully-equipped with all the amenities. Amy was so helpful to us finding the place and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this gorgeous place!

The pictures of view and home do not do Amys place any justice. You truly have to experience this for yourself. Me and my wife spent the second half of our honeymoon here and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Ojochal and Uvita have a special place in our hearts. We highly recommend soaking up the sun from the deck and making a trip to Corcovado and Cano island
