This beautiful home truly is a gem. Exactly as described, even better in person (the balconies off the bedrooms alone were peaceful places to enjoy the scenery and sounds of nature ). You are able to venture out easily as it is next to everything you need and want , but also enjoyed just being at the home relaxing indoors or outdoors in the beautiful yard. The house is a vacation in itself . Plenty of privacy and space both in and out. The weather was very hot, sometimes sitting by the pool is all you need . The beach is a short walk down the street . Kitchen is well equipped . All information given prior to arrival, any inquiries were responded to immediately. We had a safe, convenient, comfortable stay , would definitely come back! Place was nice and looked just like the pictures.

Easy walk to the beach and grocery store. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus after the beach. Excellent host, very responsive.

I stayed three weeks in January. My favorite thing in the house is the private pool in the back. My second favorite thing was location near the beach and restaurants in Dominical. Pros: dishwasher, washer and dryer, location, hot water was hot and good pressure, visually private, host promptly fixed anything I reported, AC works well quiet and cool, landscaping around the pool is nice, 4x4 NOT needed to get there. Cons: no microwave, no safe, located on a busy dusty road. Your car will get dirty. But once you are inside, this doesn’t have a big impact. And it is Costa Rica after all! The 5 villa units are not attached but if you have noisy neighbors, you will hear them. If they aren’t noisy, it is very peaceful hanging out by the pool. Overall, I would recommend, especially if you want to surf at the beach.

This is the second time staying in one of these properties this year and we love the location as it’s walkable to the beach and grocery store as well as shops/restaurants in Dominical. It’s quiet at night so we always sleep well. It’s nice having the pool in the backyard which is shaded part of the day to allow some time out of the sun. The kitchen is pretty well-stocked with utensils and things you’d need to prepare some of your own meals. There were a few minor appliance issues- nothing we couldn’t do without really- but property management did arrange for a tech to address these right away. We will definitely return to one of these homes again hopefully next year!

Beautiful space to stay!!

What a beautiful place! Lots of space and nice little private terrace on the back. Large grocery store just up the road and just minutes to the beach and downtown:)

The house is great for a family vacation. It's one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. It is fully equipped and the small pool is a plus. Also, when we were there, there were no neighbors in the houses to the left and right, so we had more privacy. I recommend going to the eco-fair on Friday mornings in Dominical.

Clean, specious, beautiful house. Perfect location. Short walking distance to beautiful beach, supermarket, several restaurants. Would love to go back soon.

This home was the perfect place for our visit to Costa Rica. Clean and comfortable, in a great location, right in Dominical which has many restaurants and close to Uvita and Manual Antonio. The backyard with the pool was perfect for hanging out in between adventures.

This house looked just like the photos. Beds were comfortable and the pool is a great addition on a hot day! Louey and Jessica were great hosts! Very responsive and friendly.

What a well appointed house for staying by the beach in Dominical. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, which we did a good bit of. Never had a full size fridge with ice maker in CR - so that was a treat for cooling down water bottles and making smoothies. Sofa was comfortable for our family to have a movie when relaxing. Our kids lived in the pool, plenty big for a 6 & 7 year old to imaginative play all day. Though right on the side road into Playa Dominical, it was super quiet and the pool area was private and had well thought out plants. Location was perfect for my surfer husband and the rest of us to walk to the beach in 2 mins for sunset every day. Walked to many restaurants in town, including the grocery store. Location in CR is great for day trips and exploring.

Super great hosts! Always quickly, responsive. The house was perfect and we loved having the dipping pool since the ocean currents, they make it hard to actually swim. It felt so safe and very close to the ocean and just a little bit further from town, but that kept it separate however that road does get dusty and busy as it is one of the main access routes to the beach from the highway. And the AC worked incredible, which we definitely needed. Loved having washer and dryer. Beds were super comfortable. And a few areas to have coffee outside in the morning back patio or upper deck looking out over open fields! It is a great area to stay in to check surrounding areas out and not have to drive once you get back to your place!!
