It is as described, and it has a good location. The building looks like an abandoned place, but it is quite nice when you go inside. The parking needs to be improved; there is no gate, so it is not safe.

A great stay at Lucia’s studio! Very close to the beach and restaurants. Very tidy and amazing view from the balcony, would stay again!!!

Lucia greeted us personally and was easy to reach and helpful throughout. The view was very nice and the location was quiet.

The apartment matches the description. It's in very good condition. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower, drains and toilet, very clean and very good condition. The ocean-view terrace is fabulous for breakfast and dinner. The splendid vegetation. The pool is a plus. Quiet! Our only one but it is that a sign is missing, and where you arrive (back part) it is abandoned, so you don't know if you arrived at the place, it makes a bad impression, but once in the apartment it is another world. Lucia always answered our messages quite quickly.

Perfect location walking distance from everything you need in Sámara with lovely sea views from balcony and access to a shared! Facilities are quite basic but perfect for a base to explore the area!

- the location is perfect, short distance from town in the quiet back street - the view is perfect , you can see the ocean - studio is good size with everything you need for cooking and making your coffee - really good value for the price - there is also pool to cool down

Clean, modern and conveniently located place. With a beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch and appreciate the view. Walkable to the beach and there are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants just feet away. The pool needs lighting so you can enjoy it more at night, but it was fine. I recommend it.

We had a great stay in Samara at Lucia Cristina’s place. The apartment is well located and has everything you need.The pool is a huge plus.
