We absolutely loved this airbnb! Security was so helpful and nice, and christina was so easy to communicate with! Super close to the hotel zone/ beach and great restaurants! 10/10 overall!

Christina's place was good overall, a couple of situations like pool was not ready the day we went in, deep treatment was needed and was not ready till day after mid-morning, guest restroom was dirty, coffee machine stop working after first day, in all the situations Christina and her staff were pretty responsive and trying to figure a way to make it work, we also had a couple of questions which they respond promptly, it was also a non pleasant situation that electricity left on second day for about 5 hours which we totally understood was a city situation, a key broke in one of the locks, luckily another door was left open so we could get in. we did enjoy the pool with our kids and the house is really beautiful. please ensure you get your mosquito repelent, there are hundreds of them, we got bitten pretty badly any times.

We stayed here on vacation with our family of six. Loved the location, house was very comfortable. Parking our rental car in the driveway did take some getting used to as it is a tight turn and there is no ramp so you sort of have to jump the sidewalk. But what is a Mexican vacation without a little off-roading?

We had a great time at Christina’s place. The house was great with it’s own private pool. Christina was a very responsive whenever we needed to ask for something and she gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend staying in this house and Christina was a great host!

Cristiana's place is simply amazing! 🌟 The location is excellent—just a short walk to Tulum's main avenue, which gave us easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and the hotel zone. Cristiana is by far the best host we've ever had! Even while she was in another country, she was incredibly responsive, and her team took care of everything seamlessly. The cleaning lady was super kind, and the security guard at the entrance was always attentive to our needs. We especially loved the self-check-in process with the lockbox—it was so convenient! The house itself is stunning! It features a pool, a beautiful terrace, plenty of beds, gorgeous furniture, hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. Honestly, it’s one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended! 🌴✨

Christina and her staff were very easy to work with and quick to respond. Spot was very clean and near beaches which was our priority. We came over Christmas which is Mexico's winter so really not too sunny or hot but still pleasant. The pool did not get much sun so we didn't really enjoy it. The problem was ours not the hosts'. I would recommend this spot if going to Tulum. There is a guard 24/7 so we felt very secure. We rented a car which gave us much more flexibility to enjoy the area.

Christina’s place was nice and she was very welcoming. She provided a helpful guide that made it easy for my friend and I to explore everything Tulum has to offer, along with a great taxi service. I would highly recommend this area to others, as I felt safe throughout my stay!
