Great stay. AJ was the best!

I stayed at Brit’s place with a group of 4 couples! The experience was amazing! The property was accurately depicted. The best part that made the trip convenient was the house manager Asuncion! Everything we needed he promptly showed up and assisted. Brit was sure so stay in contact with me and suggested vendors to use.

Absolutely recommend! The home itself is beautiful and spacious. Both Brit and AJ made checking in super easy. We were a group of 6 and had plenty space. we have stayed in multiple locations in Tulum and for us this was my favorite. The area is quiet but close to both town and the beach. We felt very safe even coming home late at night. AJ is the concierge and is amazing. He is so sweet and will work with you to make your stay exactly what you're looking for.

This house was great! Aj was so nice and helpful throughout our trip. Spacious home, great pool! Host was quick to respond with any questions we had! Thank you for hosting us! Chef Richie’s service was also amazing! Overall great stay!

Amazing location. Kitchen fully stocked and has everything you need. Great location as well. The house manager is amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met!

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable Home away from Home stay. The Host and the concierge went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. I am telling you this is the spot to stay !!! They went above and beyond for us!!! The location was fantastic, so safe, offering easy access to nearby attractions or amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend

Overall great house nice than the photos

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Gibson! Ascuncion (AJ) was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos, and we loved that each room had plenty of space and its own bathroom. The beds were super comfortable as well. We loved lounging by the pool in the afternoons! The area is quiet and peaceful but also not too far from both the hotel zone and Tulum Centro. We rented scooters for most of our time there and found it was very easy to get around from our central location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Brit’s place was the perfect stay! Honestly the pictures in the posting don’t even do this property justice. I have stayed at a decent amount of airbnbs all over and I got to say this was definitely top 3. We had a guy named AJ that was absolutely amazing! He helped us with a lot (driving us to local market, to Cenotes, day clubs, even went and grabbed pizza for us one night) We just tipped AJ for everything he helped with. Really nice guy! I have never written a post like this before, but I really felt Brit’s property and the help of AJ is worth letting the people know to book here if you are traveling to Tulum. Thank you, Raymond

Seven of us stayed here for a bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely the perfect home for it. The place is beautiful and spacious. The decor and furniture details feel luxurious and classy. We were excited to come back to this home after excursions in town / beach. Although the location is a bit removed from the beach clubs and restaurants, the neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and AJ offered to help us get transportation each time we went out. Brit was also able to offer a more flexible check in and checkout times based on our flight times. Would highly recommend this place for the most memorable group trip!!!

Awesome house and even better people. The house concierge Asucion is the best, he will make you feel very special. Location is great, near town. The home was very clean and no noise. Internet is spotty but everything else is great.

Everything about Brit’s place was awesome! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious, the restrooms are beautiful, and the pool was cute! It gave such an aesthetic feel. My group and I had a blast there. What made it even better was ASUNCION (AJ), Brit’s housekeeper. He greeted us, made sure we were in good hands, and was very attentive to us. If you’re hesitant on booking Brit’s home, don’t be! She’s a wonderful host. You won’t regret it!

I cannot say enough about Brit and AJ. Brit was very helpful leading up to our Christmas stay, helping us book a private chef (highly recommend Federico), massages, transportation, etc. We were completely taken care of. AJ, who was available for everything we needed while in Tulum, was incredible. He was available 24/7 for anything we needed and had local recommendations for us. He made us feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Tulum. It was close enough to the restaurants, shopping, and beach access roads, but also private and secluded. 10/10. I will definitely stay again.
