This Airbnb was great for our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids). The house offers spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a large living room, and a pool. It’s conveniently located near a supermarket, an 8-minute drive to the beach, and within 20-60 minutes of attractions like cenotes, Coba, and Azulik. The host was responsive and helpful, even offering a late checkout and local recommendations. Pros: • Comfortable beds and efficient AC. • AJ, the house manager, was attentive, addressing issues promptly and even tidying daily. Cons: • The main house smells strongly of mold, especially upstairs. • Kitchenware was outdated and dirty, • Dishwasher is broken (AJ helped wish dishes), plumbing struggles (hot water) / slow shower drains. • Power outage occurred when using multiple appliances. • Furniture and the pool area show signs of wear. While it needs some upgrades, the house has potential and can still offer a pleasant stay with great service and and thoughtful hosts.
