Captain Tomás, cook Jhosany and first mate José went above and beyond to make our experience aboard the Nomade an unforgettable one. They waited on us hand and foot and provided some very lovely touches to celebrate our anniversary and Father’s Day. Guna Yala is an earthly paradise and we highly recommend Tomás and his team to help you make the most of it. The catamaran was comfortable and had several areas for relaxing and enjoying the incredible surroundings, and the sporting equipment including snorkeling gear m and kayaks was quality. The only downside was that, despite receiving a survey about what our preferences were and requesting cultural experiences, we did not really spend any time learning about the Guna or interacting with them. Nevertheless, we only had two days and these were filled with beautiful moments thanks to the crew. Our family fully enjoyed this experience and we’ll remember it time and again.

This was a very unique experience! We had a fabulous time on Boris’s boat and his on-site team was superb! Captain Thomas took us to amazing islands and beautiful spots, Chef Jose made delicious meals (almost everything from scratch, on-site, a la minute), and Abraham took an excellent care of everything we needed throughout the day. The rooms are small with not much storage space, so I recommend to pack lightly. The AC didn’t work when we stayed there, but the Wifi was great (both signal and speed). I recommend using Boris’s contact for transportation to and from the catamaran; be prepared to a ~2.5-3.5hr drive from Panama City to the port (Puerto de Carti), depending on traffic and another 1.5-2hrs on a taxi boat to the catamaran, depending whether you’re the first/last to be dropped off. Check out is very early, as the speed boat pickup is at 6:30am ish. The commuting seems very messy, but they know exactly what they do. Overall, we highly recommend this experience. We’ll be back!

The stay on Boris' catamaran was an amazing experience!!! It was a family trip and Captain Thomás did everything to make it perfect, Chef José did a great job with the meals, doing everything with great care. Thanks to this top-notch crew!!!👏👏👏👏

The stay on the boat was fantastic. On the first day we visited four islands. One of them so small that you can go around it in a few minutes. Captain Tomas took great care of us and explained a lot, Jose cooked delicious food for us and there were drinks the whole time. The cabins are small but you have your privacy. There was electricity and even stable internet the whole time. On the second day we sailed longer and were then still at a snorkeling spot with great coral. We enjoyed the time on board very much and will remember it for a long time to come.

Staying on Boris' catamaran was an unforgettable experience. I stayed with my wife for three nights and we had a great time. José, Gustavo and Tomás worked hard to make us feel at home and took care of all the details to spend three spectacular days. The included meals are excellent and the activities too. Since there are few guests on the boat, it is possible to organize the day as you wish and what you want to do, so flexibility in a place like San Blas where you can get to know so many islands and places to snorkel helps a lot to enjoy that paradise. The catamaran is large, possibly one of the largest we saw in the area, so there is plenty of room to rest and enjoy the views that the area can offer. We don't hesitate to recommend this experience, which you definitely have to experience at least once in your life!!

Sailing with the Nomade crew and our 8 friends was an absolute dream come true. Nothing short of an amazing and life long experience. If you have the chance to visit San Blas, you must go with Nomade. Thomas, Gustavo, and Jose are world class and will make sure every detail of your experience will be memorable. We had the chance to sail for 3 nights with my 8 friends for my 40th birthday. We often looked at each other while sailing and asked ourselves "Is this real life!" Jose even made me a cake for my birthday dinner! Gustavo will sing you to tears in Karaoke. Thomas will make sure every wish you may have will come true, all the while making sure the journey is safe for everyone. I will never forget my time with Nomade and wish you have the same opportunity we had. Thank you Boris for all the communication. This was truly a dream come true!

😍 Must see with your own eyes to appreciate this amazing place. Boris and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. We ate the freshest and best tasting seafood I’ve ever had. No lie. Don’t miss this opportunity of a lifetime. One night we slept outside under the stars ✨ We could see the Milky Way. One night we went to the local “nightclub”. Nothing like I’ve ever experienced. Just magical. Snorkeling the many islands was incredible as well. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼 We will be back!!

We visited San Blas Islands together as a family for the first time. The family that owns the catamaran are extremely friendly, sweet, and attentive. The food was delicious! Fave thing was maracuyá moose…should totally request it if you book with them. The islands are beautiful. The Catamaran is gorgeous. You’ll love it. The only thing I would recommend….is book during the summer season. You’ll get the best weather.

The experience was incredible! The catamaran is exactly as described — comfortable, well-maintained and with a breathtaking view every second. But the big star, without a doubt, was the food: surprisingly delicious! Every meal was a real feast in paradise. 🛥️🌅🍽️

Great experience for the family!

We had an amazing time on Nomade with Captain Boris, Chef Jose, and of course, Duke 🐕. Boris knows all of the best spots, the catamaran itself is awesome, and the islands are beautiful. Boris is super flexible and will situate you with any activities you would like to do. The food is fresh local and delicious. This is a 10/10 once in a lifetime experience

We had the best time at Boris’ Catamaran. He is the best host and took care of every little detail and made sure that we are always enjoying our time. The boat is spacious and very pretty and the food is great. The islands are incredible and Boris made sure we saw as many islands as possible and that we had enough time to enjoy each of them. We are already planning our next trip!!

The good vibes start from the moment you touch the sodiac and Boris takes you to his Catamaran: the relaxed, informal and close atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and almost taking your house to the sea: light and adapted to your style, we are very restless and we were able to take trips to the different islands of San Blas swimming, doing Yoga, Volleyball, fishing, snorkeling and all the toys that you can think of that fit in that Catamaran. Also Duque, the dog, another crew member who is always attentive, protective and intelligent. I was left with the bar set high between balancing expectation and flexibility, because the experience is enriching in terms of being in a contemplative and serene peace that has the mystique of the archipelago with its colors, clarity and breeze. Another very important aspect is the company of José the cook, with his stories, who spoiled us with all the meals we wanted: from fish, crab, grilled meat to a pizza night for the children, who asked me to stay.

Words can't express how wonderful this trip was going to the San Blas Islands and sailing with Boris, Jose and Duke. From the minute we walked on the boat we were treated like family. The food was outstanding, all healthy and fresh ingredients. Every meal Jose cooked for us was 5 star, who eats lobster for lunch and octopus for dinner. Everyday Boris would take us to a new island. The local people on the islands were very friendly and welcoming, selling beer and souvenirs but never once were we bothered like most places. Whether you are looking to hang out with a couple people and play some volleyball or be on is pristine white sand beach without any other people the San Blas Islands have it all, and now with the road paved getting there is easier than ever. Still takes some time but well worth it. We have traveled all over Central and South America and I'm not sure we will ever take a better trip. Then there is DUKE!!!!! We miss you. See you next year.
