Katie was super communicative before, during, and after. The place is very walkable to the main strip and looks just like the pictures. Absolutely no complaints and I would stay there again.

Katie went Above & Beyond to make sure that we felt right at home gave us great recommendations for local activities and was very helpful with any questions. We had definitely best Airbnb host we have had thank you again Katie we had a blast and your house is gorgeous.

loved the place. Will definitely stay again. open plan living room and kitchen was great. nice back yard with pool. the couch was huge!!! I was sold on the house once i saw the couch. felt right at home .

The house is beautiful, perfect for families or groups of friends who want to have a good time. Very comfortable to go out to eat, go to the beach, go for a walk, to do everything. The pool area and the living room are perfect for having a good time together. The rooms and bathrooms were totally clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Katie is a super good host, she helped us with the check-in time and even offered to change the check-out time. An amazing person and very communicative. Totally recommended and we hope to be back soon!

Katie was amazing from beginning to end. We had issues with our arrival time and she made adjustments to make sure we were still greeted with a warm welcome. The house is exactly like the photos and the back yard is perfect for a relaxing escape. The pool was spotless and clean. Answered all my questions and gave us awesome recommendations. Would absolutely visit again.

Katie is an amazing host. She is always very responsive and proactive! The house is beautiful! The pool and view are gorgeous! The property is a short drive to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Jaco. There are a couple of restaurants and a small market in walking distance. Check in was wonderful! Elvis met us at the house, showed us around and got us checked in. We had food delivered from the grocery store. It arrived when we were checking in. The kitchen had everything we needed - plenty of pots and pans, plates, etc. There were some spices and olive oil in the cabinet. Katie arranged for a private chef to make a couple of meals for us. I would highly recommend this! They were by far the best meals we had on the trip! They were also less expensive than the meals we ate at restaurants. Restaurants are very expensive in Jaco. Katie has a housekeeper that will come daily. That was great! It was a great stay - highly recommend!

This home was absolutely beautiful and the kitchen right to the pool is an amazing set up. Due to some water issues in the neighborhood, we didn’t have running water and Katie made sure to communicate options for us and that she was getting people to work on it immediately. Katie is a great host and very caring. Highly recommend. If you have a baby, you can order a pack n play on Amazon to have it delivered, just need to do it a couple weeks in advance.

Me and my friends visited Costa Rica for the first time and Katie couldn't have made it easier for us. The house is beautiful and Katie is always available to communicate when needed. She's also extremely nice and highly recommend this house if your thinking about visiting Costa Rica.
