It's definitely the best location in the region. I'll be back several times with friends and family The house lacks maintenance. But the view makes you forget the small details, and you enjoy the stay to the fullest. Two nights we felt it was too little, and we'll be 5 more nights.

We had a beautiful and unforgettable time in Juan‘s house. All is very clean, excellent housekeeper, we got all what we want, had a beautiful time! We can only say Muchas Gracias for All!!! Really, if you was looking for a peaceful place for resting choose this beautiful house!.

Juan's house is really a stunning beauty at a wonderful location. We loved the open design, the open kitchen and the beautiful view at the ocean. This is by far the nicest house in the area. It was clean and communication with Juan was excellent and uncomplicated. The caretaker and his wife were also very helpful, she did our laundry and cleaned the dishes once a day. But everyone should consider very careful going there on christmas, unless you like listening to unbelievavle loud reggaeton music non stop (and I mean non stop!) for 3 days. But that seems to be the way the people of Columbia/Sapzurro celebrate their christmas.

It is a quiet place to rest, the cabin has all the essentials to have a good time. The place was clean and Didier was very attentive the entire time.

Spectacular house, the best beach house one can imagine! Perfect care and cleanliness, I liked the whole environment very much. Transportation is somewhat difficult, I advise organizing everything in time and good information. I'll be back!!!

I recommend them even to the more demanding people, for the site,type of cabin, privacy, the cabin and the beach , and internal comforts, EXCELLENT
