Excellent location, the place is as shown in the photos, very relaxing atmosphere and, in my case, a very functional layout. (Family trip / small children)

Amazing! Would absolutely come again. We stayed for two nights. Santa teresa is a great spot to visit, local grocery store we alked to multiple times a day, restaurants close by. Many beaches to choose from. The airbnb itself was stellar, beautiful architectural design. Very comfortable. Roberto is welcomed us very nicely. 5 STARS!!

The villa is beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and AC kept the bedrooms cool. We appreciated the black out curtains and nice bedding. The villa felt private. It has a gated entrance but the location is walkable to the beach and many restaurants. The villa is stocked with beach towels, games, toiletries, yoga blocks/bands/mats. Roberto was an amazing host. He was available whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it is a beautiful villa in a lovely location. We would love to stay here again.

Roberto saved our trip. After some issues with the first place we rented, he responded quickly. And even though it was at the last minute, he made sure everything was ready for our arrival, and not just the space—he left us a welcome gift of coconut water, and for breakfast, eggs, bread, and almond milk... with only 20 minutes' notice that we gave him... The outdoor bathrooms are beautiful; I enjoyed the bathtub every day... and he left us bath salts that I was able to use (I went to buy more at the supermarket across from the house). If this is an option for your stay, don't think twice… book it; you won't regret it at all.

The House - truly amazing. Somehow everything is bigger and nicer than in the pictures. The pool was perfect for our family of five to relax and play in for hours a day. Every need has been anticipated with stunning decor and AC in the bedroom to picnic baskets for the beach. Immaculately clean but surrounded by jungle, it’s your own private oasis with monkeys, iguanas, humming birds and incredible plants and trees all around with a well maintained short path out to the beach. Atop the beach a wonderful hammock area to relax and listen to the waives. And the beach is by far the nicest in Santa Teresa with a huge sandbar for swimming. The location - just perfect. North Santa Teresa away from the super touristy areas yet still close to the best restaurants - walk to sushi for dinner and incredible pastries for breakfast! The hosts - Roberto and his wife are the reason we stay in AirBnBs! Welcomed us with drinks and planned allllll our excursions! Simply put, if available, go!

Roberto was an amazing host! so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by organizing taxis, massages, and even horseback riding for us, which made everything feel effortless. The home itself is very cozy and truly has everything you need. We felt comfortable right away and had such a relaxing time. Thanks Roberto!!

Roberto is an AMAZING host, so friendly and responsive! This house is perfect if you want to be close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Beautiful house and had all we needed. We were even able to see monkeys from the house! Highly recommend staying with Roberto!

We had a great time. Santa Teresa is a small town in full swing, lively and vibrant during the day, then pleasantly peaceful in the evening. The architecture of the villa is beautiful. The places are tastefully and elegantly decorated. We felt like we were in a private spa. Roberto is meticulous, attentive and immensely kind.

Roberto’s place is truly one of the loveliest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The house has so much character, thoughtfully designed, warm, and stylish. Every space flows beautifully into the next, creating a relaxed, open atmosphere. The kitchen even has gorgeous crockery and utensils. The location is unbeatable. It’s literally a two-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, which was wide, stunning, and perfect for surf sessions. Being that close to the ocean while still having total privacy at the house felt like the best of both worlds. Most of all, Roberto and his fiancée are absolutely lovely people. They went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, and organizing surfing. Everything was seamless thanks to them. They were responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind.

Great house and location. 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by nature and howler monkeys! Roberto is an amazing host. Super responsive, friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with the frequency of housekeeping service and maintenance to grounds and pool. Felt like a 5 star hotel!

I am in love with this place! It is so comfortable and beautiful, and there’s no place I’d rather be! The beds are comfortable, the pool was perfect for my family of four, and the surrounding landscaping is top notch. This was my family’s first visit to CR, and I reached out many times to Roberto. He helped me MANY times with booking a tour, transportation, and a private chef, Rolando, who cooked us a delicious traditional meal. Traveling internationally with two young kids can be tricky and stressful at times, but regular visits from housekeeping with laundry services was incredible and made us feel like we were taken care of and truly on vacation. Santa Teresa is bursting with life, and we enjoyed walking everywhere, including to RocaMar for a beautiful sunset dinner. This was a safe /enjoyable spot for our young kids, and we loved everything about it. We even saw howler monkeys, and had many visits from the local dogs. Thank you SO much Roberto and Glori, we can’t wait to return!

Roberto's place was lovely! We have been to Santa Theresa many times, and this is our new favorite place! The rental consists of a main home with a full kitchen, living area, master suite and a casita next door with plenty of space and a master suite. The suites have outdoor showers that add a romantic Costa Rica feel. The linens are top quality, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The master suite is exquisite enough for honeymooners (with an outdoor tub)! The walk to the ocean is easy and short along a maintained path through the jungle. The beach area feels private because it is maintained, even though it technically isn't. There are restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Once we parked, we never needed a car for the rest of our stay. Roberto has thought of every amenity, including breakfast supplies, beach towels, weights, a coffee station, and more. Roberto is a very gracious and friendly host. Overall, this is a GEM of a property and will not disappoint.

If you're going to Santa Teresa, don't hesitate! Roberto's house is the best option!!!! Beautiful house, Roberto was attentive to all the details! The best place to stay ever!

Roberto was absolutely an outstanding host with answers right away and plenty of suggestions for us. We came with our 4 young kids and they loved every minute of the stay asking if we can stay longer! Would love to return someday soon!
