Very well located apartment a short walk from the beach and well situated between lots of good restaurants. Space is relatively small but since you are out most of day is fine. Omer the house manager is super friendly and very responsive, have great recommendations too. However the photos don't reflect the current reality of terrace which is now surrounded on all 3 sides by buildings. Further it is easy to hear other guests in their apartments so worth bringing ear plugs (which is also useful for howler monkeys in town!)

You’re absolutely right that the terrace view has changed in recent years, as new buildings have gone up on all three sides just in the last few months. This is a sign of just how popular and desirable this area has become - the location is so ideal that development is happening quickly all around us. We also really appreciate you mentioning the noise from other guests and the howler monkeys - especially during the busy NYE period when the town and our guests are much more active. It’s part of the lively, authentic atmosphere here, but we do enforce quiet hours, so guests can always let us know if they hear noise at odd hours and we’ll take care of it right away. We always recommend earplugs so everyone can sleep peacefully despite the sounds of the neighborhood and jungle. Thanks again for your honest feedback, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime!

We loved how close we were to everything and especially the amazing beach! The main road is fairly busy with ATVs and motorcycles but you don’t hear them at the apartment. Everything is within walking distance. Our bed was so comfortable and very quiet at night. My favourite was waking up to the Howler monkeys and seeing the squirrels and iguanas from our deck. Our host was amazing at making sure we had a comfortable stay.

We had an awesome stay at Villa at Santa Teresa. Location is great, beautiful, spacious deck, responsive host, enjoyed the pool! Also we were given a discount by host since she said there may be some construction noise due to neighbour, noise was minimal, I tend to sleep with a playback background rainforest noise, and slept in as usual. Noise was not an issue.

Very responsive and flexible as we asked for some cleaning mid stay to change bed sheets and towels and it was done very rapidly. Great stay in Santa Teresa!

The stay was very nice, the villa very well maintained and quiet and yet very well located (shopping, beach, restaurants), modernly equipped and very clean. The hosts were also very nice, accommodating and always easily accessible, thank you very much for that. We can highly recommend the whole thing.

We loved our stay! It was perfectly located, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. The unit was great for our group and felt very safe and secure! Omer was super responsive and helpful which was amazing. We definitely would recommend and will be returning in the future :)

The place is better than what you see in the photos. The host's attention is very good, it is pending and his response is quick, friendly and helpful. They quickly solved an inconvenience that was actually out of their hands. The whole stay was very clean and tidy and very tasteful. Would definitely come back

We enjoyed staying there, the host, Omer was friendly. We had a few issues that the host resolved quickly. Unit is small but has everything you need, the shared pool is a plus.

Hi Javier! We apologize that you didn't have a 5-star experience at our villa and really value guest feedback. As noted we very quickly responded to a few minor environmental issues upon you and your guests entering. What was not mentioned, was that Javier's party left a passport in our unit after they vacated the property and my team spent countless hours delivering their passport across Costa Rica.

We loved our stay ! The hosts were always very responsive and easy to communicate with. We stayed for a week and they had the cleaners come twice to clean the place which was really appreciated. Great pool. Our daughter really enjoyed it. We loved our large patio and the fact that we could walk to many restaurants and the beach, as well That the road in this area is paved. The hosts also gave many recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks for everything!
