We had a fantastic stay. The unit had everything we needed and the space for an active toddler to feel at home. The complex was great as well with amenities and convenient 5-10 minutes to anything else needed. Mark was a great host from booking through check-in, the stay, and check-out. Super communicative, answered all our questions, provided local recommendations.

This place was perfect for our family of four, and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Mark was super responsive to questions and provided helpful info and great recommendations that made our trip awesome. Morning sunrises were amazong!

We had such an amazing experience. We couldn’t think of a single thing we would improve. The location was impeccable - steps away from the pool and moments from the ocean. The home had everything we could need from the kitchen to beach accessories to bedding. Don’t miss this spot!

Please do yourself a favour and book this lovely condo! The owner Mark, is the best communicator/travel advisor we've ever experienced in our many years of travel. The vibe is so relaxed, the newly updated condo sublime, and the location near everything, to make your stay perfect. We do not do repeats, however, I'm dreaming of the day we can go back here. I wish it was tomorrow! ❤️ Breaching and spouting whales viewable from the patio and a personal chef hired on our last evening who made the best meal of our 3 week trip, made this an unforgettable trip.

Wonderful community, beautiful grounds, multiple (heated) swimming pools and hot tubs, friendly guests and residents, on-site security, well-stocked and comfortable unit, incredible dining experiences, great views, close proximity to San Jose Del Cabo, fantastic restaurants nearby, two full line groceries close to condo, plus a responsive and helpful host. What more could anyone want? This was our first visit to Los Cabos and we enjoyed every minute. Took advantage of Mark's recommendations and enjoyed several day trips in the area and incredible meals. Mark is "a vestige of the past" - a time when Airbnb was a group of legit property owners who rented their homes and provided assistance on how to enjoy the culture of the area. Two thumbs up.

We just returned from our week at Marks condo in San Jose Del Cabo. The week was perfect! From the time we booked Mark was quick to respond to questions and gave so many fabulous recommendations for sites to see, places to eat and activities to do! The condo and grounds are beautiful and steps away from a gorgeous beach that you can walk for miles. We saw whales, jumping rays and pelicans. We felt very safe at the condo and in the area as a whole. We rented a car and traveled all around the area. It's perfect! Marks condo had everything we needed and more. Great great trip!

Paradise! This property is paradise! Beautiful property, exactly as described, in a quiet, friendly, and safe community. The property is pristine and I did not want to leave. Mark is a great communicator and responds quickly. We cannot wait to go back and stay!

We loved our stay at Mark's place! We had everything we needed while we were there, so many great things provided in the condo that made it an easy and most pleasant stay. The peaceful location, the pools, the access to the beach were all amazing. We loved our proximity to town, and with a rental car made exploring the area for all the great restaurants and a day trip to Todos Santos. Checking in and out, working with Mark was extremely easy and if we decide to visit the area again, we would happily book this great place!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Mark’s ground level condo was absolutely perfect for us. Mark was so helpful and responsive with all of our questions. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He went way over and above what he needed to do as a host. The unit was very clean and has such a beautiful view. It was nice that each room had their own balcony and sitting area overlooking the pool, gardens, and ocean. It’s a beautiful area to have your morning coffee. We made friends with a few of the regulars there and they told us that the “fish lady” comes on Fridays around 1pm-ish to sell her fresh catch! We got in on that and it was so nice to grill the lobster tails and snapper. He even had a meat thermometer. The condo was so well stocked with everything you could need and want. It was freshly renovated and beautifully decorated. I will 100% come back sometime. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Marks spot on the costa azul is fabulous and has everything you need for a great stay in San Jose del Cabo. Mark was also an impeccable host and very helpful on all fronts.

Great location right by the pool and the beach. Spacious unit and very clean and comfortable. Mark was extremely flexible with out check in an out time as well as questions during our stay. We also took advantage of his restaurant recommendations as well which were great! We highly recommend this place espeically with kids. We would definitely stay there again if we travel to Cabo in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying at Mykonos. Mark's condo is beautiful, well appointed (even had a pack n play for our youngest!), and accommodated our family well. He was super responsive from our first interaction through to our last and it was clear that he cares about his guests and his home very much. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a home away from home, quiet place to settle in while still being close to great restaurants, etc to stay at Mykonos and Mark's.
