Everything was excellent. The host was always available, helpful and friendly. The apartment is very good. The terrace has a super nice view! 100% recommended stay at this accommodation 😃

Overall, everything was fine. We understand that they are recovering from a crisis after the weather events of recent years, but yes, there are a few things that need to be fixed to ensure a better stay.

This is a nice tower located right in front of the beach, it’s nice that there’s a place to lounge right in front of the beach.

I loved the place, perfect for 4-6 people. Spectacular location and the fact that you have a bungalow on the beach is a plus. Highly recommended . Angeles offers a lot of flexibility and a very friendly service.

Angeles made us feel at home, always attentive to what we needed, gives clear instructions, has many details, both children and adults were happy. The apartment is super comfortable, clean, very beautiful sea view, it has everything you need to spend a few days very comfortably, board games, pulquito (the bear) the children loved it, it has many things for the beach, the palapa is very nice to enjoy very good weather in the sea, the pool is very clean and nice. The area is very safe and the beach is perfect, we'll definitely be back soon!

Good location. beach front, personal tent and sun beds. Nice welcome compliments. Apartment is old and needs maintenance. AC in master bedroom is not cooling, but it was rather comfortable temperature. It was ok for 2 nights, but not sure choosing this option for the longer stay.

Queremos aclarar que el aire acondicionado en la recámara principal sí funciona correctamente; apenas nos avisaste que no lo lograban encender, enviamos de inmediato a nuestro personal de apoyo, quien les mostró cómo operarlo y confirmó que enfriaba bien. Siempre estamos atentos para asistir a nuestros huéspedes durante su estancia. Como comentas, nuestro departamento se encuentra en una de las mejores zonas de Acapulco Diamante, y aunque no es nuevo, está bien mantenido y constantemente realizamos mejoras. Es uno de los pocos condominios, que por su estructura, no sufrió casi daños con el huracán Otis. Agradecemos tus observaciones y las tomamos en cuenta para seguir ofreciendo un buen servicio.

Great vacation spot! Mrs. Angeles' service was excellent. The attention of the staff was very pleasant. Good location with a quiet beach and very quiet building tenants.

The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It's a very comfortable and practical apartment with a very nice ocean view. Angeles was an excellent host, always attentive and present at all times. I totally recommend this place!

It's one of the best places I've been to this area of Acapulco! Super recommended, as described in photos, super clean facilities and very friendly staff, and attentive. Despite being several towers, everything is destined for each apartment, that is a plus for the amenities as they have more control in the administration! Apartment with everything you need to spend without a problem several days of stay. Angels are very attentive and with good communication at all times ! I would definitely book with her again!
