We spent a week in Samara, and we are very happy to have spent it at this place. The accommodation is very well equipped, and you can hear and see some animals. You have to walk a little to get to the sea, but it's very manageable.

A perfect quiet stay, a quick walk to the beach or town for supplies. It was the perfect location for a quiet relaxing week in Samara.

The Casita’s location is perfect. We were able to spot several birds, and the howler monkeys came to visit us every day. The beach and the center of Samara are within easy walking distance. You feel safe even at night. The walks on the beach in the evening were perfect. The cold-water pool is essential for cooling off; we really enjoyed it. The host was attentive and helpful. We absolutely loved our experience at the Casita.

Stayed here for my honeymoon with my wife. Walkable to the beach, a little far of a walk to downtown but definitely doable. Hosts are very responsive if you have any questions or issues. We had the key break when we attempted to lock the door and they had it fixed in a few hours while we were at the beach. Very clean and comfortable place.

We spent a week at Victoria's place. The beach was about a 10 minute walk, then we would walk along the beach to town, another 10 minutes. A beautiful area and we were lucky enough to actually see the monkeys on out last day - we heard them every day!

Victoria’s place was ideal for a few days in Sámara A short 10-15 minute walk to access all the shops, restaurants and the beach Facilities were great, we enjoyed having access to the plunge pool on a hot day. Victoria was great at communicating with us via Airbnb, we had clear instructions to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a great stay! The guest house was very clean, and just what we needed! It was within great walking distance to everything we needed! 10/10!

We loved this Casita - tucked away from the downtown, yet walkable which we did a few times. Private patio with a 2 person plunge pool was enjoyed, a refreshing cool down after a day out and about and having dinner. Loved hearing and seeing the animals beside the property. Felt very safe-:)

Casita Soco - it couldn’t have been better! We (US, 65 yr-olds, retired, nature-lovers), were blessed during our Costa Rica vacation to spend 4 nights at the beautiful, new Casita Soco in Samara. The casita was so clean and comfortable with a HUGE bed, AC, WiFi, streaming tv, a well-stocked and very functional kitchen, and a great bathroom/shower. AND a private, cooling plunge pool!!! Such a treat after a hot day on the beach!! The casita and main house are surrounded by secure fencing and we felt very safe and secure. The casita is a ~15 minute walk to the main beach area. We enjoyed the easy walk into town and back, often stopping at a large grocery store to pick up goodies like avocados and limon mandarinas (I’m obsessed with them!). Everything was easy and all the local Ticos were so fun, friendly and welcoming. A highlight of our stay was a visit from a family troop of howler monkeys! About 15 moms and babies/juveniles made their way through the tree tops just outsid

As noted by others, the casita is located at the end of a street in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The studio sized space is comfortable and private. The plunge pool and connected outdoor shower are a welcome bonus. The small kitchen is well suited for making simple meals. Restaurants and the nearby beach are within a short walking distance. We appreciated the helpful and prompt communication with Victoria and the management company. Thank you for your hospitality!

The plunge pool was a nice addition to the experience. The casita was well equipped and exactly as described. Victoria promptly responded to any of our questions or concerns. This is a property that we would definitely rebook for a future visit to Samara. 10/10

Victoria's place was fantastic! Super comfortable and very well-equipped. It had everything we needed to make meals at home and the plunge pool was a wonderful bonus. It is walkable to everything in town and is surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife. We saw all sorts of iguanas, birds and monkeys!

Super nice Casita, Victoria was very friendly and gave us good instructions how to get there and how to use everything!

Great home and extremely private! Victoria was extremely responsive and proactive with all her communication. Great place to stay and close to the beach and town. Highly recommend!
