This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and we've had a amazing time. The pool & grill area is so great we hardly wanted to leave. Frank was easy to communicate with and we'll definitely be back.

Frank has a great spot. The place was just as described. It was spacious and clean. The location was private and peaceful. Frank had some great recommendations as well. My team and I would definitely visit again as it won’t be our last time in Cabo

I just wanna give my appreciation to Frank and Renee (his daughter) for hosting us their beautiful home with open arms despite the last minute plans. All my concerns and questions were answered respectfully and was even recommended places to eat / go to. Hint; there is a beach by the villa that I suggest you go. Very peaceful surroundings not to mention the adorable dogs/pups we met there that were very well-behaved, welcoming and loving. Overall the stay was amazing that it fit perfectly to all our friends; perfect for couple and singles altogether. Would love to return to them in the near future if they allow it. :)

Had an amazing stay at this air bnb for my 30th birthday. Felt extremely spacious for a group of 9 of us. Highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Cabo :)

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa is well located near stores and has great security. It was just a short Uber ride into the center. Very private location. Carlos and Renee were always quick to respond to any questions. The pool was refreshing while sunbathing.

This stay was amazing. Photos do not do the property justice. It’s in a central location with many restaurants and grocery stores. Host provided drivers and chef recommendations.

Spacious home from a great host. We enjoyed our stay. The house is close to beaches, clubs, restaurants (all within a 10 minute drive).

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Cabo! Frank and the house manager Carlos were very helpful and responsive both leading up to our stay and during our stay! Carlos also helped arrange transportation for us from the airport. The house looks just like the pictures, is well maintained, and is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The house is also well positioned for groups wishing to visit both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. I would definitely stay here again!

Frank’s place was amazing. It was extremely quiet and private and the entire community felt so unbelieveably safe. Before we arrived, Frank was very responsive with every and all questions I had and it was great to see Renee waiting there for us when we arrived to give us a tour of the house. Would I rebook this home next time I am in Cabo? Absolutely.

Frank's daughter met us on arrival after 5 days at sea sailing from Newport Beach. We were all wiped out. I only wish we would have arrived sooner to enjoy the house for longer!

Stop looking for a place, this is it! What an amazing place! From inside to outside this property is gorgeous, plenty of room for a group of 6. House is close to marina and still far enough from all that comes with the city center. We felt absolutely safe here, entry booth was manned at all times. The promptness in reply from Frank and property manager, Carlos, was impeccable. Pool was perfect to just lounge in and get an amazing tan. Being able to access the beach was the cherry on top of this place. We felt like we had a private beach to ourselves! You must stay here! Had little hiccup at check in but Carlos worked hard at getting it resolved prior to our return from dinner. And that he did! Again you must stay here!
