Had an amazing stay here for a week in Aldea Zama. The location is honestly perfect — close enough to bike or taxi to all the main beach clubs (Papaya Playa, Bagatelle, Vagalume) without dealing with traffic on the beach road every night. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and the AC was strong the entire week, which made a huge difference in Tulum's June heat. The host was incredibly responsive — answered every message quickly and gave us great local recommendations for restaurants and taxis. Came back every day to a clean, comfortable space that genuinely felt like a home base rather than just a place to sleep. Would absolutely book again on a future trip to Tulum. Highly recommend for anyone wanting easy access to the beach scene without overpaying for a beachfront stay. 🌴

Came here to celebrate my birthday and my group and I absolutely loved it. The host was friendly and super responsive, which made for the most perfect weekend. Only feedback we have is that there was limited hot water in the shower, especially if more than one person is showering at once- but I am sure this is outside of the host control. I would definitely book this location again!

I really enjoyed this space. It’s not far from the restaurants and downtown shopping area but it’s private enough to feel comfortable and serene. I love the decor and cleanliness. The only thing that would’ve made the stay better was if the plunge pool was a hot tub. Other than that 10/10 stay.

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling with a few people that is looking for a quiet, safe place to stay that is not too far from anywhere you will want to go.

Beautiful home! Host reached out on Airbnb & phone. I had a bit of trouble trying to locate the home on the first day, and she was Very responsive and helpful. The location isn’t the most walkable, so we rented scooters. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

My 3 friends and I absolutely loved staying here, it’s within walking distance to some cute cafes and a 7/11. We felt right at home upon arrival. This truly was the best stay to complete my birthday trip!!
