Tina

We stayed at Casa Tina and the experience was fantastic. The house is just five minutes from the beach and is exactly as shown in the photos and the Airbnb description. Gal, the host, was very attentive to us at all times. He has been very flexible with our needs and has always responded almost instantly every time we have asked him a question. Without a doubt, we give them a 10 out of 10. We were very happy and recommend this place, especially for families looking for tranquility, privacy and the possibility of enjoying both the beach and spending time in the house with all the amenities.

We had an amazing stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. The location is amazing the only downside being it’s next to a bar so a little noisy on weekend nights. The property looks exactly like the pictures and is very new and clean.

Excellent home, very comfortable and safe. The entrance to the beach is across from the main street, next to some restaurants. Everyone's care is very good. It's my second time in this house and I have no complaints. My favorite place.

Casa Tina was the perfect place for our family's stay in Santa Teresa. We absolutely loved the outdoor living space and the pool. It was our own private oasis. The house is within walking distance of some amazing restaurants and easy access to early morning walks along the beach. The host and house manager were extremely responsive and helpful. They kept the place and pool clean throughout our stay. We loved hearing the live music from the hotel next door! We enjoyed the music in our own private space without having to party with the 20 some crowd! Casa Tina will always have a special place in our family's hearts. Thank you!

Fully equipped, great location

We really enjoyed our time spent at Casa Tina in Santa Teresa. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It can get a little loud as it is located directly behind Somos which turns into a club-vibe on weekends with loud music and partying until about midnight. It didn’t bother us, but worth considering if that would be a dealbreaker for you! The house is clean and well stocked and the host is very responsive and on top of things! Overall, it is quiet, peaceful, and private which is exactly what we were looking for. This is our fourth time visiting Santa Teresa and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a perfect week thanks to the Casa Tina property. It had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the pool is lovely. Plus, communication with the hosts was simple and quick. Pura Vida.

Very nice house, impeccable and almost new. Located a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We had housekeeping every other day and help with laundry. We really enjoyed our stay. Tina and Gal were very proactive in communicating.

The stay at Casa Tina was perfect. It was perfectly equipped with very good taste and all the armchairs in common areas were extremely comfortable. Very good beds and the bathrooms are also very neat. Communication with both Gal, the host, and the staff was smooth and they always resolved our requests immediately with excellent predisposition. Thanks Gal for the great stay we had in Santa Teresa.

Great place…as advertised.

Everything is great, in front of the entrance to the house there is a passage where you can easily reach the beach.

The location of this home is absolutely perfect and we very much enjoyed the short walk to the beach with our surfboards. There was plenty of space for our entire family and the kids sure enjoyed the pool. The outside table was large and nice for playing family games and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or warm up leftovers. Communication was fantastic, and we were informed very early about potential noise from the restaurant/hotel next-door. We did experience that one evening, but we knew that might be an issue. Overall, a fantastic home!
