We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The home is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The host was outstanding: incredibly responsive, friendly, and always available to answer questions or help with anything during our stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that if direct beach access is your top priority, this may not be the ideal property. However, if you're like me and simply enjoy beautiful ocean views without needing to be right on the sand, this place is perfect. Waking up to the view of the ocean was more than enough to make our stay feel relaxing and special. Overall, this is a fantastic property with an exceptional host. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a very large and luxurious home hugging the Pacific coast. In the season we went (middle of June), we had the club house and pool mostly to ourselves, which was especially nice. The AC also works very well, so we were able to keep the home comfortable in the desert heat despite its enormous proportions. The neighborhood is nice and secluded and felt a lot safer than most of the streets in Dallas. I would highly recommend renting a car as there is a garage at the house and a large driveway. I say this because to get to the grocery store, which is on the other side of the main road once you exit the gated community, basically requires a car. And Cabo in general is better experienced with a car. The house is laid out to allow a great deal of privacy to guests staying in each of the bedrooms. The pool and jacuzzi are nice as well. The views of the ocean are good if not front row, which are reserved for the most expensive homes in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable.

Everything was smooth, seamless, and beautiful. Grocery store 1 mile from location, costco maybe 2. Communication was excellent.... My only complaint... The swimming pool was too hot. I was just assuming it was the cabo sun. I want my pool cold and refreshing.... Well on our last day i found out the heater was set to 83..... Absolutely my fault. Since that is not a valid complaint i would highly recommend this location. Thanks for the memories :)

Sarah’s villa is absolutely stunning. My family, 3 adults, 2 teens and a toddler stayed at her place for one week. We all had an amazing time. The villa is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, there are many linens and towels for use. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked and there is plenty of seating in the living room for everyone to gather. The A/C works great and there are many TVs for everyone to enjoy. The best part of the villa is the backyard and pool/hot-tub. The outside feels like an oasis. It is very private and quiet. My family spent every day relaxing by the pool and swimming. Sarah and her team are very responsive and will answer any questions you have. You never feel like you can’t get an answer to a question or can’t get the help/advice you need. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, so the location of the villa is excellent. The beach is not swimmable, but it is magnificent to sit and watch the waves crash onto the rocks and shore.

This place was absolutely amazing. The most comfortable beds of slept in at an air b n b. The communication was great and they helped with scheduling my chef and transportation which I HIGHLY recommend both ! I’m already planning my trip back ☺️

We had a great stay here. The house is super spacious and clean, and the heated pool was amazing! This house is located in a very upscale and quiet neighborhood, with security at the entrance. The beach club is about a 5 minute walk from the house and has an amazing view of the ocean! The club also has hammocks and an unheated pool to cool off. The house had more than enough room for our family of 4–in fact, it would be perfect for larger families or couples, since all 3 rooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen and living room were also huge and very clean. Just two things to keep in mind—there are no restaurants or stores within close walking distance, so this place would be best for people who are renting a car, or don’t mind taking Ubers/taxis everywhere. Also, they don’t provide drinking water, so be sure to stock up on water before arriving. Otherwise, we had a great stay at this beautiful home!

This house was beautiful and very comfortable with 3 big bedrooms with private baths. The location is great and away from the crazy in Cabo. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is only a few minute walk to the ocean. One big grocery store is right across the road and very convenient. The management team was very responsive when we had questions or needed a recommendation. The house was perfect for our girls trip and I would definitely stay there again.

Sarah’s place was exactly what we were looking for. The description was spot on and we had no issues at all during our wonderful stay in Cabo. Very safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our walks each morning down to the neighborhood clubhouse to admire the sunrise and crashing waves. Spent the rest of our time that we were at the house lounging in the pool. Great place!

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect location between San Lucas and the San Jose side of Cabo. It's extremely safe and secure which made my new mom brain ease up bringing my 5 month old along with us for our first international trip! The rooms also have blackout curtains which is so helpful with a baby. What a great first family trip!

We have stayed at Casa Hermosa in January 2025 and January 2026 or 1 month each time. The home is well situated and the community has a beautiful beach club with spectacular views of the oceans as well as a tennis court and pickleball court. We appreciate the additional bedrooms for when family arrives. The outdoor area allows privacy, sunshine and swimming. We will definitely been staying there again.

We very much enjoyed our time. The property was lush with plant life, the pool was large and comfortable, kitchen well appointed and beds/bathrooms clean and relaxing. We would return!

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time at Sarah’s home. It had everything we needed plus more: loved that there were spices available in the kitchen and floats for the pool! The pool was wonderful and the rooftop view was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here!
