It's a beautiful place, very comfortable, exactly as advertised, super close to the beach, and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Karla is attentive and responds quickly; she saved us in an emergency when we arrived, thanks to her prompt response. We rested and enjoyed ourselves immensely
The house is beautiful, it matches the photos of the property, it has all the amenities, it's in a good location, and it has access to the beach. I recommend it if you want to have a great vacation in the Uvita area.

Our stay at the villa belonging to: Karl Gabriel was wonderful. The villa is located literally a few steps from the beach, and at the same time it is a very quiet place. The place is spacious and clean - just right for our group of 10. The host responded very quickly to our inquiries and requests. A highly recommended place to stay. Pura vida!
It was a very nice stay. The contact with the hostess was also very good and in case of problems, she responded immediately.
The house is super nice, spacious, clean, organized, and has everything you need to have a great time. The location is excellent and it is really close to the entrance to the beach, to go on foot. There's a lot of security, check-in and instructions were clear, it's really a great option to stay in Bahía Ballena.
We enjoyed our stay here! The location is unmatched, very walkable to the beach which had perfect waves for our whole family for surfing & boogie boarding. You do have to pay for this beach but it was worth it in our opinion as it was good all day, only $7 USD per adult (kids were free), not busy at all, and you could walk out on the whales tail. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, WiF & AC’s worked well in all rooms. Just a heads up that there is no oven or dishwasher at this home. It wasn’t a huge deal for us but we didn’t think to check to see if there was an oven before booking. There was some deferred maintenance on the exterior fence and turf that could use some attention but the kids still enjoyed the pool. We saw monkeys from the upstairs balcony. We did have a couple issues but Estrella was accommodating to try to help resolve these as best she could. We loved Uvita! Visit El Horintos for amazing empanadas & pizzas (right around the corner from the house)!
We went to Uvita for my husband's 50th birthday. We were looking for a house that had 4 rooms because we were with their parents and siblings. Days before arrival I wrote to the hosts to see if we could charge our electric vehicle with our chargers, originals, new 110 volts or 220. If they told me no, I would cancel and go to another place that did give me the service but it was a little farther. No one answered on time and on the day we were going the host said we couldn't load the vehicle and I wasn't required to do it. The latter is true, but precisely that's why I asked before. That made us very nervous and we went into an argument to beg her to give us the service, in the end she accessed for an additional 31,000 colones. On the other hand, the above air conditioners drip the beds, then they cannot be used 100%, the foosball does not serve and we do not find shampoos or soaps in all the bathrooms. Really, we were not welcome.
It was perfect for our visit. Just blocks from the beach, with a beautiful pool and comfortable interior.
The house is very nice and modern, also super well equipped; and Gabriela always when I had any doubts, she answered instantly.
Comfortable, clean and cozy. I went on a trip with my family and the layout of the house was perfect. Estrella always very attentive to clear our doubts and provide recommendations. Thank you for the attention to try to have a good experience and rest as a family. Recommended.

Good location, very comfortable and cozy house, good furniture and excellent service, perhaps the only thing to improve is that the bathrooms are very hot, especially that of the common area of the second floor. The beds "trap" a lot.
