I have rented several places on Airbnb in the past. Lara and her team were without a doubt the single most responsive management team I have ever worked with in this space. I was told they manage 30 places in Cabo and I have to tell you they exceeded my expectations. Palmilla is my happy place and the unit and team were great. I would rent this place again.

Great vacation rental in beautiful Palmilla! So close to the beach and having the golf cart was an amazing amenity. We hope to be back soon.

Great place in a great location. Lots of little extras. Lara was always responsive for the few questions we had. One of the cleanest and crisp places we have ever stayed in! Well stocked with consumables and extra towels etc. Landscaping in the entire area was amazing too. Great find!

Wonderful stay at Villas de la Montaña. The unit is gorgeous with beautiful views of the water over the One and Only. Golf cart was a very nice touch - fun to zip back and forth to the shoppes at Palmilla as well as the pool club, Palmilla Dunes, which was one of the nicest perks of the stay. Would definitely come back.

Lovely condo in the heart of Palmilla. We loved being so close to Palmilla Beach and the Palmilla Dunes Resort. The golf cart made it easy to load up the kids and go. Grocery store was nearby as well as some restaurants. Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Amazing balcony with a fantastic view. Would highly recommend Lara’s place.

selfishly, I am tempted to give a poor review so that nobody ever finds out about this awesome place. The house was incredible..exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen and linens. views out of the huge balcony were beautiful. The absolute best part of the experience, however, is the access to the Palmilla Dunes Club, with access to a 2 story gym, sauna, steam room and a pool and bar area are amazing. The Pickle ball and tennis courts are 1st class and there are wonderful restaurants to eat at. This is all about a 5 minute drive away on the golf cart that Lara provides. Palmilla beach is within a 1 minute golf cart ride and is walk-able and swim-able (note, it is a public beach so the entrance and parking lot leave a lot to be desired) but after that you are essentially alone on a beautiful stretch of white beach lined with multi-million dollar homes. we communicated with host via text and they were extremely responsive and helpful. we would absolutely rent this place again.

We loved our stay at Palmilla Dunes! Lara & Ulises were always available if we had questions, & Ulises helped us at the end of our stay when we realized we had misplaced our customs form that we received at the airport upon arrival. He wrote a confirmation letter for us, stating our dates of arrival & departure, & even consulted another property management contact to provide us with further advice. In the end, the customs form wasn’t required, but we felt comfortable arriving at the Cabo airport at the end of our stay, knowing that we had proper documentation. Palmilla Dunes is a gorgeous enclave of beautiful homes located close to the beach. The property has a 5-star gym, a lovely pool, & amazing views of the water & Cabo san José. Each small neighbourhood within the property is gated, so we felt very safe. We had the use of the owner’s golf cart to get to the gym & shops within the resort. We would definitely return, & would highly recommend Palmilla Dunes!

Great place. The views are beautiful of the ocean and the city across the water. Beautiful sunrises in the mornings was the perfect backdrop on the balcony with morning coffee. I enjoyed morning and evening walks on the walking trail. The included golf cart was so handy to go to the pamilla shops or the restaurants at the one and only as well as the most amazing spa. I would stay at this property again.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It was clean and spacious, along with the convenience of being close to the pool and beach. We are ready to turn around and come right back since it was a truly enjoyable getaway.
