S Luxury

This is the 2nd year in a row that we stayed in this penthouse. 1st for 10 days then for 7. The location is absolutely perfect! Right next to the Mercadito and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Each en suite bathroom has an ocean view and the outdoor patio has a stunning view as well. All of the beds are extremely comfortable, and the house is spacious and beautiful. The only issue we’ve encountered is the AC unit in the master bedroom not working properly. This was an issue last year as well. Unfortunately, when we messaged management about it, they told us that a gecko had gotten into the wiring that morning, yet it was never mentioned upon our check-in. They offered to move us to a different home, which we didn’t want, so instead we asked them to bring us fans or a portable AC unit. They brought us fans. I messaged them, saying I hope the AC could be fixed and we could have a cool room for the last few days of our stay, but never heard back. Another + is the maid who came twice.

Beautiful place , communication was on point . Beautiful home . Very safe and multiple security on sight at all times .

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful our stay was. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was spotless, well decorated, and the beds were all extremely comfortable. One day we even had a special treat a group of monkeys in the trees! I would highly recommend this beautiful home. Waking up to the view of the ocean was so peaceful and breathtaking.

The place is in a secluded upscale neighborhood. You do have to go through dirt roads maybe get some groceries prior to arrival but there restaurants at the Marriott and at the club house we also hired a chef. The place was so relaxing for studying and family oriented and plenty of room for large families. The pool was amazing. We had monkeys and seen some wild life which was amazing. There was ants but you are in Costa Rica which is well known for creatures nothing that was due to the are being unclean. You have a housekeeper and a pool person that comes and cleans for you. It was a pleasant stay we did have road blocks but it’s because the area is growing. Overall it was an amazing experience. Pura Vida.

We had a great stay. The house and surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. The host was very responsive and happy to help with any questions. The pool and view are amazing! We would stay again for sure!

Beautiful house, nice pool, overall great experience

Nice place, really appreciated David’s communication. Located well within the community. My only gripe was that it was not advertised that toilet paper could not be flushed (other homes within this community have proper sewer). Otherwise, very nice stay.

Great house, with central kitchen/living area and rooms surrounding pool area. Playground was a little aged and beat up, but sufficient to entertain the little ones for swinging. Close to the Beach Club, which was a hit for everyone - $5/day per person to enjoy pool, beach, playground, workout facilities, and they had a restaurant on site. House had working washer/dryer, great kitchen, and working outdoor grill. Pizza oven outside has seen better days - we avoided it. We had a wonderful time there

Beautiful house! Very large and spacious, excellent location, everything is very clean, perfect for large groups. I would love to go back.
