Overall, we had a good experience. The location is excellent, the place is very calm and quiet, and the apartment is very true to the published photos, so it met our expectations in that regard. However, we had a major problem with the internet. Since there was practically no cell phone signal in the area, we were completely dependent on Wi-Fi to communicate. We reported the problem and they gave us access to the network from another apartment, but unfortunately the signal only worked outside our accommodation and not inside. They also told us that they would fix it, but during our stay it was not resolved, and when we checked again, we no longer received a response. It's a shame, because apart from that inconvenience, the place has many good qualities. We hope you can resolve this issue so that future guests have a better experience.

The host was not very communicative. The outdoor areas were poorly maintained, dirty, and overgrown. The pool was very dirty and slippery, with no maintenance at all. The room's interior was clean. The internet was terrible; it only worked intermittently on the first day, and on the other two days, there was no internet at all. I informed the host about this, but he ignored it and did not respond. I let him know about the condition of the pool, and he said he would send someone, but no one came. I reported to him that the hairdryer was damaged, and he promised to send me another one the next day, but he did not send it either... In addition, getting to the place is complicated; you have to drive for about 25 minutes on a fairly bad gravel road.

This a property managed by a company, the host was there to greet us but the communication between us and the company was terrible. If the real host didn’t live next to us we would have waited like 2 hours to get inside. Also the company gave us the wrong address and they were really slow to contact, at the end they gave us 2 map locations and none of them were the place. We had to do our own research of the area to finally identify the house. Also some furnitures had very nasty stains, and the shower just didn’t work properly. The only decent thing about this place is the location but most of the restaurants and the entrance to beach are a 20 min walk. I would definitely not book this place again.
