The house is just like the pictures, it’s right on the beach, the pool is great. The back has everything you need to enjoy the outdoor life! Inside- the rooms are spacious and bright. We had a couple of minor issues but the communication and concern lead to quick resolutions. Maudy made a couple of recommendations that made our trip exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful, very clean, organized and exactly as shown in the photos and description on the platform. The host was very friendly, attentive and looked after us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcome and safe. We really appreciate all her attention and excellent communication. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
Beautiful views, however our stay did not meet expectations. The biggest issue was privacy, a worker entered the front yard with a key and without any notice, which made our family very uncomfortable. We also experienced several maintenance issues throughout the stay that were never properly resolved, and there was little to no follow-up from the host regarding these concerns. We were also not aware prior to arrival that the master bedroom would be locked and unavailable for use. Additionally, for a beach/pool home, we found it strange that there were no outdoor lounge chairs available to use. Overall, the home could benefit from better maintenance, upgrades, and improved communication from the host.

We would like to clarify that the electrical issues experienced during your stay were related to area-wide power fluctuations affecting the region that weekend, which was unfortunately outside of our control. As soon as the concerns were reported, our maintenance team arranged to visit promptly the following business day to inspect and address everything. However, when our staff arrived, we understood the timing was not convenient and were asked not to proceed with the visit. Regarding privacy, we sincerely apologize if the maintenance visit caused any discomfort. Our intention was only to respond quickly to the reported concerns and assist during your stay. The listing details and sleeping arrangements are outlined in the property description, but we appreciate the feedback and will review how we communicate this information to ensure greater clarity for future guests. We truly value all guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving both the property and guest experience.

Nice relaxing place you can hear the ocean and see it pool was amazing
100% recommended THE HOUSE is spacious, has everything you need, the A/C works very well, everything was clean and tidy THE POOL AREA is amazing, you have a covered area with large armchairs, a sink, a grill and also a hut right next to the pool, a shower right on the fence to clean up when you return from the beach, and having the beach just 2 to 3 meters away and watching the sunset is amazing! Getting there is quite easy, the street is asphalt all the way to the house
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was beautiful and right on the beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The photos were accurate and we had everything we needed for a great beach stay. The pool was perfect. The host was responsive and helpful. The only downside was the road from the highway to the house is not well paved and filled with potholes. Not ideal for a low car. Also the road had a lot of garbage. Once we got to the house everything was lovely.
The house was beautiful and had more than enough space for all of us. It had a large kitchen and a laundry room which was very convenient. . Being right on the beach was great. The sound of the waves lent a sense of peace and serenity when in the outside spaces. We did have to wait for low tide before swimming. At high tide my adult nieces got knocked down so be careful. The pool was also very enjoyable
The house is on a very nice and quiet beach, ideal for walking and swimming, we liked it very much. We were surprised that the best room and bathroom in the house were locked and could not be used. Beth informed me that it was written in the description, the truth is that I did not see it. What I found incomprehensible is that when we wanted to lie around the pool we couldn't find a lounger to read or sunbathe. When we asked for the loungers, Beth's response was that the villa is rented with a pool but without loungers. We had to find a way to get by and a very kind neighbor lent us one of his. It doesn't seem reasonable not to have sun loungers in a Villa with a pool. Outside there is a seating area and although there is a BBQ there is no table where you can eat outside, which we also found quite uncomfortable. The outdoor shower to clean your feet from the beach sand does not work, as well as the terrace fan that does not work either.
Beth’s place was great. Swimming pool was a great size. It’s ocean front. The outside grill was awesome. Plenty of stores nearby and even a fire works stand! Highly recommend!
Our second time, everything was very good in the house, festive atmosphere in the area at night due to national holidays but the house was all good
Our stay was wonderful! The property was pristine—well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described. As a family with 3 adults and two toddlers we needed space and this home offered ample! The pool and grounds were peaceful, clean, and provided the cool play space all of us enjoyed so much! The direct access to the beach was super convenient when moving in and out with small kids. They played until their hearts were content then showered in the outdoor shower before going back in for a comfy nap. The host was exceptionally responsive and proactive. When one of the HVAC units wasn’t working, they immediately took action to get it repaired during our stay, which we really appreciated. The kitchen faucet had low water pressure, but it was a small issue that didn’t affect our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely choose to stay again on our next visit! Thanks for being a great host!
The accommodation was very comfortable and pleasant. Beach access is a great plus. I would recommend that before you receive guests, you check that everything works. Unfortunately, during our stay we found the air in one of the rooms damaged. The WiFi didn't work on the first day. Another day, the gas ran out. Luckily, they had a spare. Finally, we couldn't find a way to turn on the lights on the terrace where the grill was, so it was difficult to grill. Otherwise, we had a great time.
