Excellent house. Javi met my expectations. We had a very comfortable stay. It's worth paying for your peace of mind and comfort. Pool with ocean views and functional facilities. I would book it again.

Casa Javi is so beautiful! Everything was as pictured. We even got to see sea turtles come up at night. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized. They arranged our airport pickup, ferry transportation, transfer to the house, and even had our golf cart waiting for us. It made our arrival completely stress-free. The house is absolutely beautiful! The pool was fantastic, and the ocean views were breathtaking. We spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The concierge team was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and always one step ahead. Their exceptional service truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. This home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation, and we made memories we’ll never forget. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Isla Mujeres. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was immaculate, beautifully designed, and in an incredible oceanfront location. The pool overlooking the turquoise water was breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. One of the most unforgettable experiences was watching sea turtles come ashore to nest right on the beach. Seeing iguanas throughout the property added to the authentic tropical charm. There was plenty of room for golf carts, making it easy to explore the island. Our host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Unlike most airbnbs that give you a to do list before checkout they told us to just enjoy the evening instead of list of things to clean which I have with most airbnbs. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres. We can’t wait to return! Also it’s a plus that all the taxis know where to take you when you mention casa javi!

Stayed with my family of 7 and we had a time! The house location in convenient close to both punta sur and playa norte. But what stood out was the whole hosting, from organizing tours, booking transportation, and responding to my questions everything was amazing! They were so responsive. The only thing that would be great is more TVs especially around the living room since we had to use the TVs in the rooms. But other than that, I would totally stay there again.

We have truly enjoyed this vacation home and the lovely people on the island. It has been a pleasure and memorable experience for our family and especially our kids! We will be back to celebrate with you all again soon! Thank you again for this beautiful home ♥️♥️♥️

Perfect stay!! We traveled with a baby and it was great to have access to the pool, hot water, kitchen, etc. the place really felt like being at home and we were really confortable. You can get in 10 min to anywhere so that’s also a plus.

Very nice place. The grocery store was close along with a bodega. Playa Norte was close via taxi. Great place.

Beautiful spot in paradise. Stayed for 3 nights at Casa Javi with a group of 7. the place is nice and big, so we never felt cramped even with a toddler. We are already planning our return. Great communication with the host. We didn't take advantage of all that the host had to offer, but they made our stay enjoyable and seamless. [Thanks again!

We had an amazing 4 days at Casa Javi in Isla Mujeres! From the moment we arrived to the day we left our house would went above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made us feel right at home the entire time. The view was amazing from the pool. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable and in a great location, perfect for relaxing and enjoying everything in Isla Mujeres has to offer. It truly made our trip even more special. We highly recommend Casa Javi to anyone planning a visit. We will definitely be back.

house was perfect. air units worked well the home was in great shape only issue was 1st day master shower didnt have hott water. and could not find the speaker system that was described in the listing. other then that the house location and home itself was perfect
