House is newly built and few minutes drive from middle of the city. We really enjoyed our stay. We will highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Jaco.

We had a super nice family weekend!! The house is beautiful with everything you need. Everything is very clean and tidy, just like the photos!! Regarding the host, a bathroom light bulb burned out and he fixed it super fast. We also left a lost shoe, and he helped us. He was very honest and super easy to talk to!! Anyway, I recommend it and I would go back. Very good location and a beautiful house. A 10 đ

:) My stay was great! The house is superbly equipped (especially the kitchen) for large groups, and it is quite spacious in all its areas. I really liked the communication with the host; he was very helpful and clear. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. I believe that certain elements of the house show significant wear and tear (terrace furniture, showers with low pressure, and toilet functionality); however, they serve their basic purpose. There aren't many shops near the property; however, the house is 10 minutes from key, frequently visited locations. Thank you for your kindness! I would stay there again!

Overall, the place was good and generally comfortable. However, the AC occasionally emitted a slightly foul odor and kept turning off throughout the night, which was annoying, and the washrooms werenât impeccably spotless. Still a decent stay, but those issues could use some attention.

Very nice place to stay everything was great , shower head needs to be replaced in the back bathroom but other than that we loved it and would definitely stay again

Great little spot right outside of town. Stayed a little over a week ⊠everything was great and really enjoyed it. Fair warning - the dogs next door can be loud a lot

House is really well equipped, plenty of space for a large family get together. Pool area is great. House is in a little village outside jaco, off the beaten path a bit but a short drive to a lovely secluded beach. Only complaint is the host sent the pool guy around to clean early on our last day so the kids couldnât swim on the last morning.

I was on vacation for three days with my family. The house is just as shown in the photos. Besides, it's the first house we've stayed in where the kitchen appliances and air conditioners actually work. Also everything was very clean and tidy.

The house has very good amenities, excellent, the neighborhood is not nice, but it is not so important, since you have a great time in the house. The only issue that the family had is that the air conditioners are programmed with an infrared motion sensor, which during the day is not a problem, but for sleeping it is, since they turn off every 2 hours due to lack of movement (obvious) so the room got very hot and we woke up to turn them back on in the early morning. The recommendation for Maka is not to use that app in the bedrooms when sleeping. Otherwise, we had a great time as a family. Thank you đ
