I would totally come back to this place with my family! Our stay was very comfortable and we loved the area where it is located. Also, the service provided by Luis was very pleasant. He is very helpful and attentive. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Luis has been more than accommodating for my trip to Cabo. The unit itself is in walking distance to beach. The Oxxo and Pharmacy is next door for any sort of quick buy. There’s a great breakfast spot on the same street. The front desk was very helpful to anything I needed. The view from the rooftop pool of the sunset is really something else! I will not hesitate to come back! Thank you again Luis and all the staff at Amaterra!

The only drawback is that it said it was beachfront, and you woke up looking at the arch. That's not accurate. You can't even see the beach. The access to the public beach is across the street, but you have to walk inland and cross the Riu Hotel just to see the beach. That did seem like a lie to me, and I don't even like these surprises. Otherwise, excellent.

We are surprised by your statement, since nowhere in the listing, the photographs, or our communication is it indicated that the apartment is oceanfront or that the Arch can be seen from inside. The images are of the nearby public beach, and the listing explains that access is on foot through the RIU. Welcoming guests is a great responsibility for us, so we take special care to ensure that the information and photographs accurately represent what we offer. Therefore, we consider it important to clarify that NO false information was provided, nor was a feature promised that the property does not have.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, well decorated, and as pictured. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the host was responsive and accommodating. One of the rooms had an unusual smell, but the host promptly arranged for it to be re-cleaned, which we really appreciated.

We were very pleased with the condo—very clean, looked new, nice big main area, attractive large-tile floors, many lighting options, floor-to-ceiling windows with blackout shades and accordion storm doors, separate mini-split AC units, each with its own remote, in main room and in each of two bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable! Two full baths with big showers, inside the master bedroom and one opening into the main area. Full kitchen with just about anything you'd need for cooking. Great balcony with sliding doors from both the main area and the master bedroom. The rooftop pool is awesome. It was great having the washer and dryer so we didn’t have to check bags. The apartment has an assigned parking space. We rented a car for the first time in Mexico. It was awesome to be able to see more of Cabo than we ever had before. There isn’t a whole lot within walking distance, but tons of cabs and ride shares available if you didn’t want to rent a car. We will definitely be back!

When we checked into the home it was just as the pictures described. Spotless up to date kitchen, nice spacious bathroom. Luis was very prompt in his responses for any questions and concerns we had during our stay. Beach was walking distance and gorgeous. Our host was very attentive and provided info about this going on in the city. When ever life brings me back to Cabo I look forward to having Luis host us again.

great amenities, the open air landscape made our door rattle at night which was annoying. the security freaked out when our friend tried to bring back his girlfriend back which was wack. overall great place. very worth the money.

Regarding the situation you mentioned, our security staff was simply doing their job. The house rules, which were accepted prior to your arrival, clearly state that unregistered guests are not allowed and that the maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 people. Despite this, additional unregistered guests were brought in, exceeding this limit. We appreciate our security team for properly enforcing the rules, as this helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents and guests. From our perspective, such a low rating does not accurately reflect the overall experience, considering that the concern arose from not complying with the house rules.

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at Luis' place. The place was spotless. Comfy beds. It had everything we needed and more. Having the two beach chairs, umbrella, and little cooler available was so useful! The pool is vey nice. Easy walk to the beach. 1 mile to all downtown has to offer. Nearby restaurant was also very good.

We had a great stay. The beach was well within walking distance and the condo had chairs and coolers, towels and so much more. It really was a great location, Ubers easy to book and close to everything. If you love to walk the beach you can make it to cabo without taking a cab/ride. Really enjoyed the spot and rare to have a heated pool on the rooftop too. But it wasn’t hot, so still refreshing.
